They are a fantastic company to work with! If I have questions they get right back to me. They make scheduling and working with them easy. Before we found them are dog would come in with ticks all the time and we have a large deer fenced yard. After the first treatment we saw none. Keeping us and our dog free of ticks is priceless. We have used them for years and every year is the same great experience. You really feel how much they value you as a customer. I highly recommend them!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Living in Connecticut means waging a full scale war against ticks, mosquitoes, and every creepy crawly thing that wants to ruin your backyard, Bugs & Blades is the reason I win that war every spring and summer without even thinking about it. They show up on time, treat the property like it’s their own, and the results are impossible to argue with: no ticks on the dog, no mosquitoes ruining a perfectly good glass of wine on the patio.

I don't usually write reviews but we switched to Bugs and Blades this season and they have been amazing from the get go! Price is very reasonable and I have to give them an A++ for communication and responsiveness. We receive a reminder email, a pre arrival text and a text telling us when they are done and reminding us to keep our kids and pets out of the yard for 60 minutes while the spray dries. Everyone there we have spoken to, from the owner to the office manager, to the techs themselves, has been friendly, courteous and very professional. A few weeks after they were here for a tick treatment we found a tick on our dog (not really surprised as she rolls in EVERYTHING) but I reached out to Bugs and Blades and they sent someone out the next day to re-spray at no cost as they guarantee their service. Customer service is top notch and I highly recommend giving them a try.

They are very knowledgeable and offer a number of different options for yard treatment. Their service techs always confirm appointments in advance show up on time and do a terrific job. The owner of the company is personally involved in determining the best treatment for your property. The billing is respectful and seamless and the pricing is fair. What a great company and people to deal with. Highly recommended.

Dealing with Bugs & Blades has been a very pleasant experience. Their service has been wonderful, from office staff, to the people spraying my property and anyone I’ve had contact with, including the owner, Chris, has been kind, informative and professional. We use them for their tick prevention service and have not found a tick on ourselves or our dog since we started using them! We like the use of their more ‘natural’ products. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services!

Chris and Stefanie have been exceptional - not only walking us through the processes of application but on future prevention and how to keep our family and dog safe.
