My technician was Joe. I've had Terminix for 6 years and other than the initial visit, I have not seen another tech. Not saying they didn't come. Joe came to the door, explained what he would and proceeded to get down on his knees and check the traps. Made me feel that I got my moneys worth. Thank you, Joe !!!!

I cannot say enough about the service. Chris and Joe were very personable and knowledgeable. They went to work right away and explained in detail what they were replacing and why. Once done, they organized my basement and cleaned up the floor. What a great job! They also placed more traps to make sure there wasn’t any more activity. I would highly recommend Terminix for mice problems.

Ricky comes out every quarter to service my home, and I couldn't be happier. I used to hate those jumping spiders, called camel crickets. but since Ricky started servicing our home and place sticky traps inside treat the outside, I haven't seen one in several months. I really appreciate that he focuses on prevention and doesn't rely on indoor chemicals. The service has been consistent and professional every visit. I would absolutely recommend Terminix to anyone looking for pest control company. I've always had great experience and extremely satisfied.

I really appreciate having the same technician come to my home for each service. Ricky is always thorough and even puts on shoe covers before entering my home, without me having to ask!
