Green Team Lawn Care

You may notice that other than this review, all the others are over two years old. I guess it was a guy named Mike that came by when I was not home and claimed he did some work. I wanted to meet him to explain what he was going to do ahead of doing it, and scheduled it for a time that I would be home. He showed up unannounced a day early, did something, maybe, and then billed me three times what I understood the agreement to be. I have no receipt or a copy of an agreement and am not clear at all as to what was done. This guy is a bandit and his website reviews are either very old from when maybe he did good work or they are fictitious. I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO OR AGREE TO HAVE HIS STEP FOOT ON YOUR PROPERTY. HE ALSO FAILED TO PROVIDE ANY PROOF OF INSURANCE.

I have had the worst communication experience working with Mike. He was rude when I emailed him with issues I had and he has completely stopped responding to emails. I receive daily invoice reminders, but was charged for weeks where service was not completed and cannot seem to get any answers from him. This is my first year hiring a lawn service and I completely regret my decision in choosing this company. Completely unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money. This is a direct quote from the last response I received from him in early June. “Sorry that you don’t like my commmunication instructions. The best thing about owning a business is not having to worry too much about that stuff.” *Addition* I have NEVER missed a bill payment and am currently trying to pay my bill but mike YOU will not respond. Picture for proof of multiple emails. Again, HORRENDOUS customer service. Charge me for contract breach and I will GLADLY take it to court. I have photo proof of services not provided.

Poor quality workmanship, rushed and owner had poor customer service skills and no desire to rectify. Sneaky in their billing and fee schedule.

The workers arrived promptly on schedule. The were polite and respectful gentlemen. They got right to it and worked swiftly and expertly as a coordinated team. They removed the debris efficiently and carted it off. Very professional crew with excellent equipment. My yard looks great! Now the real test...would I hire them again? - Yes, I would absolutely hire the Green Team again.

Thorough job of leaf removal done conscientiously and professionally. Came a day later than scheduled, but no problem in our case.

Mike and his team are courteous, hardworking, prompt, do a good job, and leave the worksite meticulous. They just took care of some extremely big overgrown bushes in a timely manner today even though it was showering on and off too!! Highly recommend the Green Team

Mike arrived on time and got to work dethatching and aerating my lawn immediately. He was courteous and took time to walk my property with me to educate me better on some troubled areas. He offered me advice on mowing practices in order to avoid more thatch in the future. I am very happy with Green Team and will definitely be using the service again. #SupportSmallBusinesses

Weeds are getting under control, grass is finally coming up in areas I previously seeded but it never worked! They are next coming to do crabgrass and aeration/seeding - I am so happy with this company! And the products used are organic which makes this more amazing. Thank you Green Team!

Where do I begin! I was lured by the 50$ per lawn application. What the company neglects to tell you is, if you happen to miss the email that they send you the day before and you dont click confirm, you are out of luck because they wont come back and do the missed service, you have to wait for next month. With back and forth emails here comes the next month, they dont pick up with the missed application, they did the july schedule was weed control. So I missed the grub and spring application as stated on the original quote. When I complain that I missed a crucial application , he then said that fertilizer is not given the same as grub..what! So the application that I did get was weed control which consisted of a guy randomly walking with a wand doing spot spraying on weeds. Seriously, be careful and do your homework. My bad for going the cheaper route..you do get what you pay for. Mr ortiz did respond to me most of the time, and he canceled the rest of my service.

Mike and his team are top notch. They have been cutting my commercial property for a few years now. I’ve never once had to look at my grass and say “I need it cut!” They have always shown up on time, and kept my grass green and cut. He’s got the grass growing better than it ever has. He recently weed whacked around my entire property and it’s night and day. 10000% better. Highly recommended! You won’t find a better owner, company, or professional lawn care business!

I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with the Green Team. Very responsive, always answers calls/emails quickly, and very meticulous. Happy to have found them since I’m new to the area!
