We had our backyard treated for ticks, and the service was excellent. The technician, Orane, was professional, worked efficiently, doing a thorough job. Very satisfied with the service!

Vu Do was the best service tech I have had. He explained everything, checked all entry points, set up everything that was needed, and was very thorough. I'm very pleased with his customer service and will request him from now on.

A nice young man Brian G came to my clients house to exterminate and this is the second time I met him and I have to say, he is very sweet, professional, polite and respectful!! He explains what he found and what the next steps are. He should be recognized for being so nice and caring!

I’ve been using JP McHale for about 4 months and they’re easily the best pest management company I’ve ever used. Every technician that has been to my house has been amazing. Today, a technician named Christian stopped by just to check and replace traps and bait stations (which were all clear!) and he was incredibly thorough, efficient, and respectful of my property. Overall, it was a fantastic experience (as usual with JP McHale!).

Connor did an Amazing job! He went above and beyond to protect our home and was very informative. He even braved a raccoon hanging out in our backyard.. during the day!!🥹🫣 So glad we have this pest company! Thank you! We will be recommending this company to everyone !

Hey, this place is useful to sn extent! Im rating it a 3! Everyone we've had for the past few years have been really nice, gentle souls, but the best at what they do has been Justin! Sorry,we didnt get a last name. But its justin with the glasses, he may be a redhead. ? But for YEARS we've been having ppl come to figure out the pest problem, and Justin comes one time, and intently listens and found the problem right away! Well it took him like 30 mins, but he did it!! And we are sooooo GREATFUL! He knew the kind of bird and everything just from the sound. So uts unfortunate that we've had to waste so much money bc ppl lacked ability to notice the entry point in the first place. But Justin came through in the clutch! So ill add a star. I still cant quite give 5, bc now they talking about some, they cant do anything about it for a few weeks, just in case its still inside. 🙄. Like who cares! Close it up!!!🗣🗣.

They didn’t show up for 8 months, when they did they didn’t switch out bait. They never provided a refund.
Connor has been awesome. Clear communication, tidy work, and thoughtful advice.

How a great company turn into scam I started to work with them since 2020 (at that time their name was different as I remember JP bought that company) They were awesome on regular and emergency bases If I am not wrong from 2022 the service under JP name And wehad awesome guys with the same service mentallity Then 2024 something changed I start to have problems Nobody is showing up even for regular visits But invoices are coming Warned them twice and then they show up But not their service quality So I cancel the contract by October 2024 I tought I was because after a year I got a new invoice for 2024 November December After telephone call they mentioned I have to pay and that’s why I am writing this review Called them as SCAM

Very unhappy with the service - they won't make visits unless you ask them to. And getting into contact either through phone or live chat is a pain.

Absolutely pleasant, kind professional love how he asked my dogs needed to go out and potty before he sprayed and coming and let me know when he was done so I can set a timer. Ellie was absolutely wonderful and I welcome him back anytime five stars 10 stars if they were my dogs Loved him and one of mine is very aggressive and she actually and him got along very pleasant person!!!! Thank you
