Ron was very thorough and prompt in responding to a yellow jacket nest that was found. He came out, took care of the problem and also addressed concerns around other pests and was honest. I appreciate his work and will be calling back when other pests arrive.

We were anxious to get what we suspected was a squirrel out of our chimney late evening the Saturday before Easter. Ron was awesome about coming out to help us ASAP and quickly, cleanly and humanly had the squirrel free.

Had a great experience with Safeway after discovering flying squirrels in our attic. Ron was extremely professional, timely, honest, and respectful of our property. After our initial call, Ron and his apprentice arrived quickly and thoroughly explained the process before moving on to the next steps. They were able to trap the invading squirrels within a few days and still returned for a follow-up visit the following week. They also assessed and provided a quote for sealing the exterior trim. I had a bee problem. I live in an old house and they must have found a soft spot because they were entering into the window casing. I called Ron and he applied a treatment within the hour. Very dependable and nice person. He will follow up in 2 days to check and retreat if necessary. The problem is in the window on the second floor- not an easy target.

Discovered a hornets nest at the second-story roof line of our house. As it was the Saturday before Labor Day, I figured I would have to wait until Tuesday, but decided to call anyway. Ron answered the phone and said he was on his way to Ivoryton and could come to me right after. He was at our house in less than an hour and sprayed the nest. Told me to call if we had any issues. Peace of mind was had, as we are having company on Labor Day! Would definitely recommend!

I found a female raccoon and two kits in our barn and called Ron in the afternoon. He showed up with cage traps and cheeseburger bait the next morning which he put in the barn. I was supposed to check and call him but he came first thing today and rang the doorbell to show me the raccoon and two kits, which he took to the woods a couple of towns away in southeastern Connecticut. The whole process was quick and easy and he was professional and pleasant throughout. I highly recommend him.

I sprayed 4 cans of hornet killer on the area where the yellow jackets were going under my siding and it didn't stop them. Ron did one treatment and they're gone! Very professional and worth every penny.

We’ve used to this business twice to remove ground nests of yellow jackets in our yard and adjacent to our house. We were 100% satisfied and can’t recommend them highly enough. Ron was at our house within a couple hours of our calling and eradicated our problem. I would highly recommend this exterminator and will definitely use him again if we ever have to.

I had a challenging Bee infestation ...where they had gotten behind my siding. I didn't want to call a "big" exterminator company and really preferred someone local. I called Safeway and had to leave a message BUT I got a return call within 1/2 hour. based on my schedule we set an appointment for the day after next. on the next day Ron called and said if I was available he could come by then. I was and he showed right up and took care of the problem quicker than I had imagined. He was professional and courteous and I think fairly priced. overall a good job

I called Ron in the morning about some mystery droppings in our basement. He was able to swing by just a few hours later. He located the bunny, safely captured it and released in in our yard unharmed. Speedy and kind service!

I had the unfortunate experience of squirrels occupying one of the rafters in my home. Ron came the day after I contacted him, set traps, checked daily there after and trapped 6 of those nasty critters. He was very professional and the service he performed was excellent.
