Brandon was very helpful and did a great job removing a bat from our chimney. He was competent in his knowledge and was very thoughtful in the removal process! Made us feel at ease. I highly recommend this company for all wildlife removal needs!

Excellent service and expertise. I had another company came to see the opening of the siding and was told that was caused by bats and gave me an estimate of $1,000. Dylan came over and saw the opening and immediately told me that this was not caused by bats and was simply a natural wear and needs to be fixed by siding company. I had the original siding company came and fixed and saved $1,000! I highly recommend Dylan at American Bio-Tech to whoever is suffering from wild animals. Very experienced specialist.

I hired American Bio-Tech to handle a mouse exclusion job in the basement of my nearly 100-year old home with a stone foundation and wood siding. There were lots of spots where mice were getting into the basement between the foundation and siding. It's not an easy job sealing an old house, SEVERAL pest control companies told me "it can't be done." ABT got it done. Dylan assessed the job and explained the technique and materials. Technician Brandon did an exceptional job sealing every crevice and opening with hardware cloth, caulk, etc. He spent the entire day crawling around the foundation, an effort many other pest/exclusion companies were unwilling to do. Today, technician Victor is here doing clean up from rodent droppings. Finally, my basement will be clean and usable again, and best of all mice activity will be prevented. I'm very impressed with everyone at ABT and it's clear they approach this work the old-fashioned way, no short cuts. It takes this kind of effort to care for a vintage home. Thank you ABT!

Dustin humanely trapped six woodchuck woodchucks on our property in Stamford in one week (other companies took much longer and never fully eradicated the woodchucks). He is compassionate, knowledgeable, punctual, and was terrific at keeping us informed daily of the progress (he checked on the traps almost every day – amazing). And he is a really nice guy. Where do I begin? ABT has been a miracle! After many years of humanely, not-so-humanely, naturally, costly, and DIY attempts of controlling mice from entering our home - Nothing truly worked. Mind you, our home is super clean and food is never left out anywhere. We finally decided to invest the money into a full house sealing. It has been a game changer. I waited almost 1 year before leaving this review. Sometimes I wonder how is it possible that we have seen NO mice or even a single dropping anywhere?! Not in our garage, attic or basement. Two curteous, friendly ABT reps spent almost a whole day sealing our property last summer. Honestly, I was not holding my breath due to not having any luck with another Sealing we had done in our previous home with another company. I can tell you, ABT gets the job done! One big advice is - dont leave your garage doors opened for too long as obviously thats out of ABTs control if they get in through intentional openings. Thanks ABT for changing our lives. This has been such a problem for so many years because we hate traps and killing them. The peace of mind is worth every penny. Thank You 🐭

We highly recommend American Bio-Tech. They did a great job of capturing the woodchucks that would have destroyed our vegetable garden. In three days, Dustin caught three woodchucks -- and treated them in a humane way before releasing them in a rural area far from us. Whew! Now we can enjoy our harvest.
