Petrin's PEST ELIMINATION L.L.C.

Had a yellow jacket nest in the siding of my house that I was unable to deal with myself. Called Petrin and they were able to come out the same day to treat the nest. Said to call back the next day if there were any stragglers still coming out of the nest. There were still some the next day, so called and they came back out the next day for a 2nd application. No issues after that. Highly recommend.

Mike showed up promptly Saturday morning for the appointment. He explained exactly what he planned to do. A huge nest of white faced hornets, a particularly noxious and aggressive species, was growing above our porch door. He sprayed the interior of the hive, then waited for the hornets to exit the area. Removed the hive, then gave us instructions to prevent recurrence. Highly professional service and a genuinely nice guy! Recommended with our highest recommendation.

Michael is the best. Courteous, calm, and an educator of what he is eliminating. He educated me about white faced hornets, and showed me the inside of the nest. Definitely into what he does. I would highly recommend him!!

Really nice folks and knowledgable but scheduling and committing to a plan needs improvement. The owner apologized and acknowledged the mix-up. We will give them another chance, and update this review when appropriate.

Mike has serviced my house for two years and has been very responsive and through in dealing with mice which move into the house every fall. He is pleasant to work with. I referred Mke to a friend who lived in a rented house where the owner was letting the mice go wild. Mike took care of problem.

By sheer luck, I found this business through an online search when I desperately needed help with mice and squirrels in my house. Mike not only took care of the problem in an efficient and professional manner but also helped me with a couple of unrelated items that were of importance to me. Mice and squirrels never came back. I was so impressed with his work that I let him treat my apartment building, almost an hour away from our area. What happened after that? One of my residents said "in 15 years, this is the first time we don't have cockroaches!" Petrin's Pest Elimination has become my "go to" pest control service and I intend to keep it that way.

Mike Petrin is one of the most honest business owners I have ever met. When I thought I needed to spray for spiders he refused to take my money as I would be throwing it away. He explained what my issue was and left me feeling safe and secure. I will be using his service again!

In the past he was great, used him recently for a Wasp/Yellow Jacket removal, they came back within weeks. When I asked him to revisit and fix what may have been missed, he wanted to double charge me, said he doesn't guarantee work he only charges $75 for. Mike was very professional. Explained everything to me and why he was doing what he was doing it The work was for ants. He was in the house outside the house on the roof. Communication was on point telling me what I needed to help my situation.

We had a pest issue that was driving my wife and me crazy. We could not stop them and that is when we called Petrin's. Mike took the time to explain the process and educate us on his approach.
