I am incredibly happy with my home inspection done by Anchor Home Inspection. Ryan was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had through out the entire process, and taking the time to educate me on a lot of general things to look out for as a home owner. The prices were very fair, and I received my copy of the inspection hours after we had completed the walk-through. I will undoubtedly be using Anchor HomeStead Inspections for any future home inspection needs I have.

Anchor Residential Home inspection was great. Ryan was very Accommodating when we had to flip our schedule around. He was very thorough and included lots of photos with his report. He did the Radon Test, which showed that the house had extremely high levels. If we hadn’t of had the test, we would have never known. We also did comprehensive water testing, along with pests and termites . He was very helpful in explaining everything and finding everything that would be , or become an issue . Ryan Hartman was awesome. Great guy and super easy to work with. He’s really knowledgeable too with residential home inspections so as a first time home buyer he’s been a fantastic resource. We had the radon test, water test, and an overall home inspection and it went really well for us. Can’t suggest this team enough.

Can give it 4 stars ( as I was not present) , however my realtor was and she seems quite satisfied & pleased with the inspection !

I had a Standard Residential Inspection done and Randy was very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and very informative about what he is looking for and what I should be aware of.

Amateur at best. Don't waste your time or money on this business.

As a first time home buyer, I put my trust that the house would have been thoroughly inspected by a professional. Ryan missed quite a bit of obvious stuff. Huge half inch gap from kitchen sink strainer to the plumbing pipe (rusted out), toilet had massive cracks down the side and back, asbestos tile in the kitchen and basement. Knowing how much obvious stuff he missed, it makes me wonder what less obvious stuff is left in the home. I emailed him about clarification on a part of the report and never had a response but did get a response to leave a 5 star review, which certainly isn’t happening. Makes me wonder the accuracy of the radon tests he performed as well…

missed lots of issues with my house. every contractor i have come out to do work asks if i had a home inspection and i did. the whole first floor flooded the day i moved in due to an issue missed and cost me thousands of dollars in repairs. roof leak was missed. kitchen sink leak was missed.
