Used this company over the past few months for a mouse problem (not rats or squirrels). His cheap traps set themselves off within a day and caught nothing. He was very unreliable when setting appointments and didn't show on multiple occasions. When he did show up after waiting for hours, he was always in a rush. He always claimed to forget his ladder and even stood on my sink leaving dirty footprints all over. Totally unprofessional. The only thing he didn't forget was to charge hundreds of doll
With the winter time coming, we had to make sure that the rats and other insects doesn’t come inside the house, John did a great job ensuring that we have nothing to worry about, he treated the outside and inside, Another concern that we had was that we have dogs in the house and we have to be cautious about what the exterminators use, but with this company, we were rest assured that our pets are safe. Will definitely recommend his services to others.
