A & A Pest Control

We have had A&A Pest Control servicing our shop for years through the plaza management, yet we continue to have a serious mouse problem. Unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved despite the ongoing pest control service. Because we were still dealing with mice, we had to hire another pest control company ourselves and pay an additional expense to address the problem. We are very disappointed that after years of service, we still have to spend extra money to get the results we need.

An absolutely fantastic business with even better staff. Efficient, to the point, educational and compassionate. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Roland or Rowland, I’m so sorry for wrong spelling, showed up early (which is perfect for us), and spent a significant amount of time hearing our concerns and checking every corner of our home-inside and out- to ensure quality treatment and care of our issue. We will be requesting him for the next visit… his work/professionalism exceeded our expectations!! Thank you A&A for giving us our home back. ❤️.

Great company that is focused on getting rid of our mice!

Our families have used A&A Pest Control for 20 years plus.....their technicians have always been professional, courteous and timely!....they never show up unannounced and always provide a courtesy phone call on service.....their inside staff are also very friendly and understanding...JS/Glastonbury.

Had a technician totally ignored the fact my unit gets gel bait and have a cat and sprayed all over and have proof of technician spraying cats food and other items of my cats ...owner didn't see anything wrong but agreed it shouldn't of happened and offered no apology..totally recklessly

Ian is wonderful to work with and our technician, James shows up on time and does a thorough job of treating our home. We haven't seen a mouse since we began a monthly program over one year ago. Woke up yesterday morning to a kitchen full of wasps who were burrowing through the ceiling of our condominium. Thanks to the efforts of our technician Sammy the problem was resolved and we have not seen any more wasps. Thorough outside treatment (where the wasps got into our bathroom exhaust fan exterior cap) and inside including removal of a HUGE nest in our ceiling. A and A also handles the routine scheduled treatments in our complex and we couldn't be more pleased. Very professional and responsive company and people. Highly recommend them.

Got rid of my Yellow-Jacket hidden nest quickly.

Recently dropped by company with no prior notification. I was somewhat happy with my service before, but not happy with the way they are treating me after previously holding a yearly contract
