We have been using mosquito joe for a while now but today is the first time John Johnson "JJ" came to our house. He was super thorough, talked to me about all the services I didn't know they had and answered questions about our current service that I was just a little confused about. Also appreciated his thorough walk around the property and making sure the more dense woody area of the yards were well sprayed. We already knew about the lantern flies in our backyard but John was able to provide more insights about how to handle them. Thanks again! Im someone who likes all the facts and things about my house to be explained in detail to me so I can make informed decisions and to stay on top of what the exterior of the house needs and John did exactly that.

Mosquito Joe has been great. They notify us before they arrive ( helps with dog) and a reminder day before. They really take care of our big lawn , assess the lawn before they even start very thorough. Malaysia is fantastic!!!! I had 2 prior exterminators and they did not assess my property at all, Jason took one look around and knew the exact issues I was having. This morning Joseph sprayed our yard. We have a large (3,000 Sq. Ft.) perennial garden with hydrangeas and other shrubs that can house Ticks. He was meticulous about placing the spray nozzle Into each hydrangea and shrub, as well as saturating the entire garden and surrounding tree line. Thanks very much.

Extremely bad customer care at this location the mosquitos arrive before next treatment and when asked for booster they push it off until your next treatment appointment. Management is very unprofessional and not caring for customers needs, I would look somewhere else period!
