I live in a wooded area and had faced challenges this year with mice in the attic doing damage to our heating system. When I talked to Rich at ApolloX, he showed empathy for my situation, and provided a stunning wealth of expert-level advice. Not long after our initial conversation, Rich came to my home and put out enough traps to humanely kill over 200 mice—more than enough to last us until winter is over. But the best part of his visit was that in addition to doing all that work on our rodent problem, Rich also made a series of observations in our home to help us prevent potential future problems, such as carpenter ants. It's not far fetched to think that Rich's vigilance could end up saving us thousands of dollars down the road, not to mention peace of mind and a feeling of control over our home. I would recommend ApolloX to absolutely anyone. It's not easy to find people who go above and beyond in so many ways.

Hands down ApolloX is a great company to work with. Jesse the technician is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. He removed dead mice, helped locate entrance where rodents have been entering and even entered a large, low ceiling crawl space on his knees. I’ve used this company with several of my clients and they have all been very satisfied. Highly recommend them and Jesse for all pest control needs.

Rich and Jesse came to treat our home in Fairfield. Their professionalism and thoroughness were greatly appreciated. This is the second time we have used Apollo X for termite issues in different areas of our home Absolutely no complaints.

ApolloX returns calls quickly and sends someone out ASAP. They are excellent at communicating when they are on the way or delayed. I use them year-round for rodent control. Today, Jesse took time to explain and show me areas where the mice can gain access; he set additional baits in a garage closet; reinforced an opening in the basement closet on an outside wall; made a thorough inspection of the attic. Apollo X came to our rescue right away!! We’ve have had a continuous problem with Yellow Jackets. Spoke to the owner Brian & he introduced us to Rich who took the time to listen to our issue & explain to me in detail what their treatment entails. He was very professional, took the time to looked around our property & sprayed the areas needing treatment. They have lots of experience and stand behind their work !!

Had a field mouse problem. Tried to tackle it myself with no solution. When me and my dog watched 2 itty bitty mice run up my stairs to where the bedrooms are i was done. I called and they came that day and set everything up. That was 2 years ago and i have not seen any of those adorable lil beasts again. A+++++

We had a scare of carpenter ants come out of no where on a Sunday. We called multiple places and Brian was the only person who answered and helped get us set up with an immediate appointment the next day. Tony came to our house and walked through the entire scene, even offering tips and tricks to avoid this happening in the future. He was on time, professional, and very efficient with the task at hand. Very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness from the entire ApolloX team. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

These two professionals (Ellery and James) tag teamed our unexpected yellow-jacket problem well. They arrived in our time of need and used solid teamwork as they diagnosed the problem and confirmed their solution strategy. They did this while adding a little well placed, light humor to brighten the mood, showing full confidence in being able to square this real problem away. We had a very difficult nest of yellow jackets that settled under our gutter. ApolloX was there to help us the next day. They sent a technician, Tony Rivera, and he was amazing! He was professional, efficient and personable. Took care of the nest. This the second time we have used ApolloX. If you have a problem with any sort of insect or pest, this is the company to call.

Super service! I called with a minor emergency and ApolloX was able to accomodate the same day. The technician, Tony was excellent. He showed up on time (called 10 minutes before arriving). He was very polite & took care of the problem. This was my first time using Apollo. Very impressed.

I have now used ApolloX at my personal home and a rental property I own. For starters, they answer the phone! No automated messages. Brian the owner gets someone out promptly and the service is EXCEPTIONAL. I have had ApolloX treat for Hornets and Mice and James the technician is professional and patient. He explains ways to avoid pests in the future, treats and goes above and beyond! I would HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone looking for pest control. 5 stars is not enough.

The owner/operator of this establishment Brian is hands down the rudest person I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my 46 years. I highly recommend using any other company available to you but this one. After the poor services that were rendered we still had a rodent problem and had to contract with another company. Not only did they use toxic traps that made my dogs deathly ill after I questioned them specifically noting the dogs in the house, but they “ lost the inspection report” and were extremely dishonest about it. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’d like to add after reading the completely false response to my review that the service was under my husbands name. Do you send so many disrespectful text messages to you clients that you can’t recall. After being contacted on several occasions about your lack of service? Perhaps you could recall our account by that. AND We did request a refund to which you REFUSE. You then rudely insisted on coming to the house instead to “see the situation” yourself for yourself for the 3rd time in 30 days. Maybe one of the pictures I sent you of our home covered in mouse feces around the traps you left would jog your memory? SAYS APOLLO X IN BIG LETTERS ACROSS THE TRAP. STILL NOT YOU?? You’re a joke and so is your company.

Called for bees. Still bees. Responded to texts but was not helpful. Tried to come back and charge us again. 0 out 10 would not recommend. Jesse was nice though.

Recent inquiry to this owners company was met with rude and unprofessional response. Really surprised that they are still around with such rude customer service which is utmost importance. I was going to use them after just confirming with my husband however after the “odd” treatment , it was no longer an option . NOT professional way to treat people .

I called on 8.17.20 very friendly I asked if I could possibly get an estimate and the woman’s response was I will have Brian call you back, when I asked who Brian was she gave me such an attitude like it didn’t know who Brian was!! Instead instead of saying just Brian maybe start with Brian is the technician or owner and he would be the person to give you an estimate. I hung up on her I rather not do business with someone that can not speak professional to new clients can you imagine if there is a problem how would this company handle your problem if it’s starts with an attitude... NOT PROFESSIONAL IN MY EXPERIENCE

I used Apollox to get rid of ground bees and wanted to use a local merchant to give the town the business. However, they were horrible. They came out the first time just to turn around and say the weather wasn't good to spray, so then had to come out again. On the second time they sprayed, they said that it could take up to 3 weeks to work...after a few weeks I saw absolutely no difference and called them to come back again and they told me I would be charged again! (oh, but at a 40% discount). I thought that was crazy so I called another company who came out and got rid of the bees within 1 visit and the bees were gone within a few days. I then tried to reach out to Apollox to tell them I don't think I should be billed since they really didn't do anything, and they reported me to a collection agency. I called again to try to work it out and they told me that they don't guarantee their work and that since they did spray, I owe them the money. All other companies guarantee their work up to at least 60 days, I highly recommend that you dont use them.
