Ellington family pest has been INCREDIBLE. we always have mice every year given our location with acres of woods in the back, and nothing but fields across the street. This year, our mouse issue exploded: resulting in me being bitten in my own bed on the second floor. We decided enough was enough. The technician Shawn came out within 2 days, baited everything, and assured us they’d get the problem resolved. Within less than a week, there has been not just a noticeable difference, but an extreme difference. Their pricing is extremely fair, they check in and rebait the house if needed free of charge, and offer a 6 month program to get everything done again for the best price. My technician was Shawn: he assured me everything would be great, and he kept that promise. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable, nice, personable, and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend EFP to anybody who has a pest issue. We are floored with how well it’s been working and it’s hasn’t even been a week. Also, everything is pet and human safe….for those who have cats who think mice are friends… like us 😂Thank you!!!!!

We had a Bald Face hornets nest that we noticed near our deck and called a few local exterminators. The few that got back to us seemed like their prices were high. Jason got back to me promptly and was able to take care of the nest in the evening of the same day!! And for almost half the price! Jason made an emergency visit to our home to remove a bat from the inside of the house. He was pleasant and informative. In addition he came back a few days later to correct work that was done improperly by another company. We really appreciated his help and will call upon him again in the future!
