I had KEA Pest Control come to my home for an initial appointment, a 2 week follow up and a 30 day follow up. They were professional, friendly and timely. They really helped me better understand potential entry points for mice and other pests and also blocked off what entry points they could for me. I definitely would recommend them and will be reaching out to them again for future pest concerns!

We have just started using Kea Pest Control and today was our second visit from Tyler. We live directly on/next to a wildlife reserve, have two small kids and a cat, so I had a lot of concerns about what was going to be used to control our mice issue. Tyler went through all my concerns and assured me it was all safe- for my kids, the cat, and the animals outside that may eat the mice. Our mice have already significantly decreased. I’m writing my review after today’s visit because I was SO impressed that I needed to make sure everyone could see it. My 10 month old had just gone down for a nap in our living room when we realized Tyler was arriving today. He was as quiet as our mice. My daughter slept through the whole time he was here! He even typed out his message to me on his phone so he didn’t have to talk and potentially be too loud. The care and concern he showed while still doing his job was above and beyond what I could have expected. I will tell anyone and everyone that Kea Pest Control is the best around, hands down.

I had a huge infestation of bees in my barn and had to replace the siding on it(wasps, yellow jackets, carpenter bees etc). Kea quoted the job on the phone and came out very quickly. They even provided a warranty on their work coming out multiple times to make sure the bees were gone. They even came out same day during the construction phase, spraying and physically removing literal hundreds of bee nests. 10/10 job, would use again!

This company has been treating my property for a few years now. Since the first visit they have been exceptionally proficient with their service schedule and all their applications around the home and yard. I felt the need to express my gratitude for their pricing their professionalism and friendly attitude every time they show. A++++

KEA Pest Control is a GREAT company. They are priced very reasonably and they are very friendly. I did not have to wait more than a couple days for an appointment and they followed up regularly to make sure I was happy with my service. I highly recommend this company!

Absolute impeccable service from them. I have worked with Kai for a few months. Working on my rental property which first had a ton of activity for mice. After a few months and a clear game plan we are almost to NOTHING now. Trust me, Kai knows what to do. Kea Pest Control knows what to do. They are fast and efficient. They are professionals in this industry who are so much better than the big timers right now. Their communication and service can’t be compared. They have your back from start to finish. I highly recommend doing business with them! If I ever need service again in the future, you bet I’m going back to Kea Pest Control!

They really were great in responding quickly to my yellowjacket problem. They were able to get out sooner than expected and I have not had an issue since they came. Great company and very friendly staff. I will definitely use them again if I have any pest problems in the future.

These guys were great...showed up during time frame, did their thing, and the price for the work was justified. Would definitely recommend or use again if I move again in the area. 👍

Kea pest control is not considerate towards customers. I was told by my building management they will be there from 1:30 to 2:30 they arrived earlier and supposedly waited 40 minutes so since the tech waited that long owner Rasheed told him to leave when my sister arrived at 1:25 which he says she arrived at 1:37 he said my unit would not be treated. I had to call the office in order to get a hold of Rasheed and after speaking to him he still couldn’t treat my unit now I’m left with pest and all my things in bags. Poor communication and zero desire in customer service. If you have a pest control problem you better off with beg spray and watching YouTube DIY (You refused to give maintenance access to even let us in) That information is a not true I will post a text I had between me and building management. If I could give them zero stars I would. I contact KEA Pest Control for an issue I was having with a woodpecker pecking at my house. I was informed that I would have to pay twenty-five (25) dollars for coming out to my property. On their website/webpage it clearly states “Free Inspection and Quote.” Misleading to say the least. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere... I DEFINITELY stated that my issue involved a woodpecker, even if I hadn’t. As a “pest control company” the receptionist who answered the phone should ask what type of pest issue I was having. As far asking what was the cost was you are absolutely correct. However, that doesn’t negate the fact your company wants to charge a fee. Also that the website intents to mislead potential customers....
