Horrible company. 1 day I had bees flying all through my living room. Come to find out there was a beehive in the attic. I got my family out of the house and immediately had my wife call Orkin as this was an obvious emergency. Their response, "We can't get anyone there until tomorrow." I then told them that there's enough bees in my living room kill someone. The representative on the phone gave me the same answer again. I immediately told them "You're fired!!!" We found another company just that quickly, they came out and resolved the issue. Thank you Braman Pest Control.

I have 2 cats, the occasional flea seemed like nothing. Then my basement flooded and we had some high heat. The fleas EXPLODED. Unbearable. Kids getting bit. Couldn't do laundry in the basement without 25+ viciously swarming. And that was after the home flea bombs, it just angered them. Called Orkin they were willing to come the next day, but we needed more prep time. They worked with us. A gentleman named Chad came a few days later, he worked out the process with my wife while I was at work, she took my indoor cat and kids and left. After the 4 hours she came home not a single flea. Chad is definitely a Chad and so is Orkin. Thank you.

Have used Orkin’s service the last couple of years, both their routine service and emergency service as well. Rich, our Technician is thorough, knowledgeable and explains everything. The office staff is always a pleasure to deal with.

So far so good had our first treatment, And so far have not seen any Unwanted guest! All the staff I’ve dealt with have been amazing and have gone out of their way! I truly appreciate that!!

Chad was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! He explained exactly what was happening and why, and dealt with the issue. He then texted the next morning to check in about how the treatment worked and if we saw any difference. I couldn’t ask for better service! Money well spent!

I would not recommend this pest control company. We scheduled **three separate appointments**, and on each occasion, they failed to show up without any notice. This left our tenants waiting at the property unnecessarily, which is both unprofessional and unacceptable. After the missed appointments, we attempted to follow up, but they stopped answering calls altogether. The lack of communication and reliability has caused significant inconvenience. If you are managing properties or need dependable service, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Michael, the Orkin tech, took time to understand my concerns around spraying near fruit and vegetable gardens and avoided them. He was quick and thorough. Top service. I hate to have to spray for ticks, but the last year was horrible before treatment.

In 2024 and 2025 I called Orkin asking for a PET safe way to keep ants out of my kitchen and baths. Service was immediate and friendly. A wonderful gentleman came out both times and assured me treatment of my foundation outside is safe for pets. This year it took three calls to get a response. I requested the same pet safe service and repeated that several times. I don’t believe the gentleman who came provided that because when he left he left a yellow pesticide sign 🤬. This never happened before and I am very upset. Obviously what was used is toxic and NOT what I requested. Perhaps I was naive in believing it would be nontoxic. In any event I will not be using Orkin again. I didn’t want to give any stars but I cannot post unless I give one.

The attention to detail depends on the associate. But Orkin is good. And does help 95% of their guarantee. Ty

Did an excellent job with my rodent infestation, and when the situation was resolved, ending the monthly service took no more than two minutes. Great people!
