I wish zero stars was an option. To trap baby Raccoons that were just living their lives with their Mom and let them suffer to die separately on the hot pavement in your traps is so mean and cruel as you can get! This company should get shut down immediately!

Zero stars wasn't an option. Brian left a family of raccoons to dehydrate and suffer. I've since learned that relocation isn't an option in CT so I can only imagine what Brian's idea of humane euthanasia looks like.

They were contracted to remove raccoons, humanely from where I live. They allowed three babies and the mother to suffer heat exposure and dehydration. These healthy animals that were supposed to be removed humanely were covered in flies, and the one that was still moving was crying. I am quite sure they all died. I'm horrified at what I saw today, and I do not recommend this company at all.

Brian came out to help with a bat that had somehow made its way into the house. He got there quickly and caught the bat in no time at all. Very friendly and thorough and was a wealth of knowledge for any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Brian knew exactly where my "visitor" was in my basement. He removed it,humanely,and showed us where the spot under the stairs was the likely entry point.Since I cemented the area,we no longer have an issue....above and beyond what this type of service one could expect. Hopefully, won't need to contact him again,but,would in a heartbeat!Thank you!

Brian was really great. He got back to me quickly and was able to schedule same day bat removal. It was fascinating watching him catch and release bat - it was such a gentle process.
