After moving into our new apartment we noticed immediately that there were cockroaches in our kitchen/bathroom! Our landlord laid down some bait but we were still not satisfied since we were still seeing them occasionally. I called Amtech and they were so professional and accommodating around my BF and I work schedule. We had tech, Brian, come out and he was great. He explained everything he was doing and was so professional and polite! After just one treatment we didn't see ANY! We felt so much more comfortable in our apartment. Brian came back today to follow up and was so sweet and polite and checked all the traps and insured me if we have any other issues to give them a call! Thank you Brian and Amtech!! We feel so comfortable in our apartment now. The reviews speak for themselves, they're amazing! Update: Guys I posted this 3 years ago. We just moved into our house last year but continued to live in our apartment from July 2021or 2022-2024. We never seen another roach in that apartment our entire time living there of course with a combination or keeping clean and clutter minimal! We changed out the sticky traps ourselves and kept the granule baits under big appliances and managed to keep them out but if it wasn’t for Amtech and their initial visit and knowledge they provided me with I don’t think I could’ve done it alone!

I have been paying monthly payments and have not seen a difference in the property. Very disappointed. I am going to cancel. I have called and complained asked for someone to come and am still waiting.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I called them at 4:30 on Friday afternoon and left a message; they got right back to me and Chris was at my house Saturday morning at 9:00AM to assess my rodent situation, for free. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and got right to work setting traps as soon as I signed the service contract, which was half the price I was expecting. Not even a weekend fee! I signed up for their 5 star service so that they will come out at any point during the year to address ANY pest issue I might have, at no additional cost to the low monthly fee (which I can cancel at any time). I swear I don't work for these guys, I'm just really impressed by their service. Check them out if you are in need!

Amtech has been a great company to work with since day one. But Bob Thomson is my biggest reason for staying with Amtech. His service is consistently 5 star. He is 100% reliable, extremely knowledgeable, and immediately responsive. I’ve had Amtech and Bob handling my pest control needs for roughly 6 1/2 years now and the only thing that’s changed is that they just keep getting better. Hats off to Bob for routinely going above and beyond for his customers. And bonus, he’s very personable, friendly, and down to earth and always explains things on a normal level. Never talks down or makes me feel like I should know what he’s talking about when explaining the technical side of things. I’m looking forward to working with Bob and Amtech for a long time to come. 5 Stars for sure.

Very knowledgeable and concerned about ecology. My home is on a lake and it’s important to not disturb it’s environment. Learned about using diatomaceous earth as a natural bug killer for my garden.

Bob Thompson has been amazing! He calls the day before, is always on time and very professional. He answers all my questions and I walk around with him and he explains everything. He goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with the work. I have a full report in my email within seconds of his departure from my home. I am very impressed with this company. My call was answered promptly, technician came same day, fees were competitive. Tech was professional and knowledgeable. Found the wasp nest, educated me on what and how they nested, treated the nest effectively and looked nearby for any others. Problem solved, who could be any better than this??

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Great communication, prompt and thorough service, and very knowledgeable. They have treatment options (Green/non-green approach) that fit your needs. Our technician, Kyle, was friendly, informed, and just an all around nice guy. We signed up for their 5 Star package, plus their mosquito & tick treatment, and couldn't be happier. We've noticed a significant reduction in mosquitos after only one treatment and we live a decently wooded area. If you have ANY pest issues Call Amtech. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Punctual, thorough and very professional.

Tech is always on time and extremely courteous. Explains processes very well before and after visit. Have never had an issue with any of the staff as well. Every issue (and there have only been few since signing on with them) has been resolved quickly and efficiently.
