We are very happy with EcoShield and Humphrey Freeeman. They take care of our issues and if something comes up inbetween services, they come back to take care of the issue which is included in our quarterly payment.

Tony was great, went above and beyond to try and solve our issue (a squirrel, not a mouse).

I never got to local rep. Their call center was useless. They may do a good job but I have no idea. Canceled service after no show with no call.

Usually I resist door-to-sales but Julia was very professional and introduced the EcoShield services in a way that made me decide to try it. Jermaine came by later the same day. He was pleasant, explained what he would do and did it. He apparently be thorough, careful, and I was impressed. Good work!

Troy & Tyrell were very professional, informative, and personable. In my opinion.. these young men are a great asset to this company. They knocked a Hornets nest out of 1 of our bushes, put bait traps out/inside, sticky in the garage and basement, and sprayed the yard. With the excellent job, mannerisms, interaction, and overall knowledge of their work... I would definitely refer EcoShield Pest Solutions. Another exceptional quarterly service.

Troy came out and did a fantastic job. Introduced himself, ask if we had any pest issues and cleaned up the outside yard next to house. Then, took care of some issues we had with a Yellow Jacket nest which we just noticed recently. Fantastic job, employee of the month.

My wife’s review is below. It’s disappointing a company can blatantly lie and then take zero accountability but I guess not surprising. They called her and said “we understand you have questions about our tick and mosquito services” when her complaints were already well documented via email correspondence. When she asked them to address the issues in writing including their deceptive salesman, they went silent. Clearly a greedy business that lacks any integrity. We will be filing a complaint.

We called about an about a large amount of moth in our garage.Troy was awesome! He came in placed moth traps, sprayed down the entire area and cleaned spider webs out of every corner. He was very professional and pleasant.

I can only comment that Felipe, who represented the company, was highly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. He is a credit to the company and someone I trust. The initial service was performed just yesterday, so it's too soon to comment on its effectiveness, and I did not deal directly with Thomaj. Met with Marko today, and he is the most pleasant man, explaining my options for termite control. I highly recommend this company for integrity and professionalism. Anthony was here today to install termite control. Very pleasant young man who explained the termite monitor.

I signed up specifically because the salesperson assured me EcoShield uses only natural, plant-based products — I have a 1-year-old and didn't want harsh chemicals in my home. But when the technician arrived, he started spraying chemicals. When I stopped him, he said salespeople "exaggerate" and that they use chemicals anyway. I called my sales rep, who told me the opposite — my home should have been treated with the plant-based product, and sent a photo to prove it. So either I was misled to close the sale, or the technician used the wrong product. Either way, the exact substance I asked them to avoid is what ended up around my infant. Giving them one more chance before I decide whether to file a formal complaint.
