Be careful…. Bunch of college kids selling services, They hook you into contracts that have high cancellation fees but don’t explain that when they are selling it…. I would never recommend this company to a friend Their service is ok… same as every other company that does this but the sales people are shady

Today I had my quarterly pest control service done. today Wayne was here to take care of the job. He is one of the best techs you have. He's on time and does his job in a timely manner and is courteous explains what he has done and does it right. I will make sure to request him the next time my house has to be done. Doorbell was rung once and then provider left. Someone was home. We called to let them know no service was done and we were in fact home. No return service. Then an email stating service is completed.

I had a very concerning experience with Luis. He arrived at my home but sat in his car for over 10 minutes without performing the service. I observed this the entire time on my Ring camera. He then took a photo and marked the service as completed even though no work was done. It wasn’t until I went outside and stopped him that he claimed he was “about to call me.” Had I not done so, he would have driven off without completing the service he was sent to perform. I do not appreciate the dishonesty and do not want Luis returning to my home. This experience also raises serious concerns about how often this may be happening to other customers.

The technician was very kind. However, she did not provide any service. We have seen evidence of mice. She looked under the sink and said that the mice were probably coming in from there and that we should put a cover on our garbage can. No treatment, no trip to the basement, nothing. She was at my house for no longer than 8 minutes. I did call the company and they are sending another tech out next week.

Had been a customer for years with really good service but has depreciated over time. Since 2022/2023 Poor service, inconsistent delivery and they lock you into a contract that doesn’t give you a way to cancel when you are dissatisfied or they threaten to send your account to collections. Would not recommend.

Fox sales pitch wasn'[t completely revealing I told the sales person that I would be interested if their treatment was effective at eliminating horse flies. The sales person contacted the office and was told that it would. When they got here they told me if it wasn't listed on their sheet then it wouldn't get rid of that insect. I wasn't home when the tech first arrived earlier than the scheduled time and he had already begun spraying my property. There was no turning back at this point. Secondly when the sales person explained the charges to me he never mentioned that I was going to be billed every month for service only once every three months. Odd how they charge you for service and don't even provide any. Apparently there is a charge larger than what is represented to the customer and then they charge you every month but only show up every three months. It's tough to understand and in my case was never explained to me. I'm not entirely sure this company is honest in fact my gut tells me they are not. I'll pay them their fee but I will not be reinstating their subscription service where it automatically renews if you don't cancel it. Just isn't an honest way of doing business if your product is good you don't have to use deceptive tatics. I should have seen them coming. Live and learn. I do not recommend them based on their sales tactics and for not disclosing exactly what the cost actually is.

Fox pest control goes around to peoples homes trying to solicit without wearing their solicitors badge. This has happened at least 5 times and I keep telling them to stop coming to my home. Today the employee was intrusive asking questions he had absolutely no reason asking. No idea how there services are but from the encounters from their door to door salesman I would absolutely never use them. They are cocky and rude. Don’t think they have to follow the rules of wearing their identification. Honestly the questions they asked make me feel like they are more concerned with the dynamics of the house, like we are being targeted for a robbery. I have even called and asked for a manager to make sure they don’t come back by and he wouldn’t even take down my address. They clearly get some kind of bonus for getting homeowners to sign up but they don’t realize these employees are tarnishing their company. I would never recommend this company.

In all my years of homeownership, I’ve never had such a rude sales person knock on my door. Yes the ants live outside, you don’t need to talk down to me when I say I have no problems inside and point out tiny ants outside that don’t bother anything. I’ll never contact this company if I even had a problem after this experience. To the owners, please screen your sales people better and just keep them on extermination duty if they dont know how to be nice.
