Pest services themselves were not bad but getting a hold of anyone to schedule warranty service after pests had returned was AWFUL! When we moved we had to cancel our service and move addresses and continued to be charged for the old address for nearly two years. I recently just cancelled service at my current home and they charged my card a day after I cancelled. I called customer service and was treated HORRIBLY by the agent over the phone. I was hoping that $55/month would somewhat guarantee that ants and other insects would no longer be an issue around my property. A year later and I’m still fighting to get rid of all the ants.
