Affordable Pest Control

Awesome people! Deven came by to check out my paper wasp issue and helped me to understand why they liked my house so much. Gave me great advice, whenever I need pest control in the future these will be the folks I call.

When I called, a live person answered. I was given a price range for pest control before for their services and it would be determined what they need to do would be the cost. They dispatched a technician right away. He checked outside for entry points. He also gave me the option of the cost for them to move the tables etc. that I had against the wall or we could do it ourselves. I had a friend move the items away from the wall. Called them and the same day that I called they sent out the technician. He checked plugged the holes that he found and set traps inside my home. He stated that they normally catch the pest from 24 to 48 hours. Got up the next morning and found a trap sprung. The office called to have the technician come and check the traps that morning and setup up an appointment for the following morning. I informed them that them that a trap was sprung. The staff member that I talked with was very courteous as well as the technician. They were very professional. As far as cost, I feel that it was reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

We highly recommend Affordable Pest Control. Deven successfully treated our home for mice. He identified their entry point outside, then spent 90 minutes correcting the condition, set covered traps inside at strategic locations. Returned 4 days later collected the traps, and reset them. Returned again and viola! Success, all for one very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

We’ve been dealing with a pretty bad pest issue, and Deven has been so helpful throughout the whole process. He’s super responsive and really goes above and beyond to get things under control. The whole team has been great with communication, always keeping us in the loop and making sure we feel taken care of. Plus, their prices are great. Definitely recommend!

I have lived in an apartment for one year that is serviced by Affordable Pest Control. They have come to the apartment to spray and trap bugs at least 8 times in that period. There is not one time that my apartment was bug free or even close. I heard statements like: Our spray works for 6 months. The apartment has been sprayed multiple times, still bugs. I was asked to take pictures of the bud, I did. They said the bugs were already dead, they weren’t, I killed them before photoing. I met with the property management and presented them with hundred of bugs, they were a bit horrified. I was asked to videotape the bugs, I did. That wasn’t good enough, they need to see where they were coming from. They set traps. Bugs, bugs, bugs. I had/have an infestation of spiders. I was told their product does not work against spiders. Really? They are a pest control company. Diffrent techs came to spray. The grapes were looked at, noted and thrown in the garbage. Then a “certain” tech was sent in multiple times. Belligerent, intimidating. Some excuses: You need to expect bugs in an apartment We can’t get them all It’s that time of year. I heard that almost every month of the year. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. The management company knew all about the problem the entire year. I met with them more than once. So let’s me tell you some of the bugs: Wood louse Rolly Polly Silver fish Earwigs Millipede or Centipede. The tech said he couldn’t identify, he would need to do more research. I asked if it was poisonous? He said not really to humans. If you got bit it would feel like a wasp sting. Nice. Ants by the hundreds Ants in kitchen, living room, bedrooms. Flying ants Again, I could go on and on. Needless to say I would tell people to run not walk fromAfordable pest control. That’s a brief synopsis of my experience with Affordable Pest Control.’ Highly NOT RECOMMEND!

Excellent service and reasonable rates. There are not many choices for one time pest control services but Affordable does offer it. And they do the best job out there. From determining the source of the problem, sharing information about the particular pest, ways to control the problem, and providing realistic expectations, they are just heads and tails above their competition. I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

Excellent, professional service! They mitigate pests from my home for the past 5 years! I highly recommend this company! They also got rid of a mice problem at my inlaws rental property.

I called Destiny at Affordable to have a tech come out and help with a mouse problem in our garage. She was very helpful on the phone, and arranged for Devon to swing by that same afternoon. Devon came at the time promised, and he and one other gentleman helped us sort out our problem. They knew where the issue was and gave us expert advice. They educated us and did not try to sell us services we did not need. I can't overstate how positive this experience was. Highly recommend Affordable to anyone in Northern Colorado with a pest control problem.

A big thank you to Deven! He's been the only service that was able to pinpoint our rodent problem in the basement and we are incredibly grateful. Our home is 20 years old (we've been in it for 3 years) and no other pest control company, and we've seen evidence of a few, has been able to take care of the problem. Deven, Destiny, and the entire crew have been fantastic. Another small and local business we will recommend!

Because it was a Friday, these guys said that they’d be at my place closer to 4 on a 2-4 window because I didn’t get off work till 4. They showed up at 2 and called and then were completely disrespectful when asked why. Don’t use this company for your residence or business!!
