I really want to like Mountain Pest, but I caution using them. I reached out to them with a raccoon issue in my rental’s attic. Mountain Pest said, after making a custom trap that didn’t catch anything, that the raccoons were “gone”. However, three months later it turns out the raccoons had just moved to a different, harder to access part of the attic Mountain Pest didn’t bother to check. The whole raccoon family had lived there the entire time!! It was a terrible. I had to pay for them to come back, remove the raccoons, replace all of the insulation, the house reeked of urine for weeks, and Mountain Pest didn’t take responsibility. Cost me at least $3k to fix.

Levi was called to address a bat situation and responded quickly. He installed deterrents that worked immediately. Give him a call!

Outstanding from the first call. Very responsive team, communicated and worked with me on scheduling. Corbin was all-time. Texted me updates, did a drive-by to assess the issue (Wasp/Yellow Jackets) and returned the following day to complete the mitigation/removal.. In addition to the removal, Corbin asked that I leave some tools out for him... he went ahead and repaired the soffit and siding that was problematic. Corbin is a great asset to their team.

10 stars for Huba with Mountain Pest! He went out of his way to get to New Castle immediately to fix a cockroach issue in one of our units, even though his schedule was booked for the day. He was kind, professional, and super communicative about this issue.

Your drivers have no respect on the road, at least in Grand Junction. When you're in the inner lane and you're turning then you should turn into the inner lane, not the outer lane, not only that but they shouldn't be on your butt. Then mock me with your hands acting like a mouth when I get upset. Not good for business. Too many people have the lack of respect on the road these days, but for it to be a business is even worse.

I called 3 times over the last 2 weeks. Everytime I called the receptionist told me she would have someone call me back. I never received a call back. I even told her I was seeing black widows in my house with kids and dogs around. If they were too busy to service my house they should have just told me.

10/10 in knowledge, customer service, pest service and punctuality. Thank you SO much mountain pest control for helping my family. When life has unwanted house guests it is so nerve racking! Thank you for coming to check things out so quickly and throughly. I am so grateful.

Benny was very professional, he explained everything and made me feel comfortable with the process. I would recommend them to anyone. Benny came back out today to dispose of the mice,he's a very friendly man, highly recommended.

I have used Mountain Pest control for 14 years. They are professional, polite, always on time, Michael Algren and Becky Harvey are the best. I will always recommend them.

After getting multiple bills with no proof that a technician had been to the house, I called and asked that they at least call to let us know they were on their way. Customer service goes a long way for me, and when I didn't get those simple phone calls, I called to cancel my services. I told the gal on the phone that I was canceling for poor customer service and explained it. She replied with ok we'll get it canceled then hung up on me. Their products work, but you will have to deal with some B.S. customer service if you want it.

We had a real mess on our hands. Out rental in Breck had a critter in the attic. Brandon the tech was on it and got out first thing on a Monday morning after we had short term renter messaging us about crazy sounds the day before in the attic. It ended up being a raccoon and Brandon caught the little guy humanly. Brandon has also patched up holes for us before from woodpeckers. Great company. Thank you to all that helped us.

We had a bat in our home at 9pm on a Tuesday and were very concerned about what to do. Greg was so kind to give us the time and attention we needed to remove the bat from our home in a safe and effective manner. Greg was caring and knowledgeable -- listening to our concerns and thoroughly answering all of our questions. Highly recommend Mountain Pest Control!!!!

Greg and his team were incredible. Needed two wasp nests removed and called on Monday. He was here on Tuesday and it took less than 30 mins.

Cameron is the best. He not only gets the job done, but consistently goes above and beyond, all the while being friendly and professional. I hope whoever's in charges gives him a big ol' raise.

Great staff and pest control technicians. Have always had great experiences with multiple problem posts we have experienced.

Terrible experience. Front line didn't convey the order correctly, technician that arrived, while nice, was unprepared. He promised a response from the right team the next morning. It has been 4 days and no word after additional promises. They must be doing well as they do not need or want my business.

Why wouldn't you take your shoes off when entering someone else's home?

Mike was very polite, but I asked him several times to give me a quote or to take my email address down so we could get started, he kind of bs'd me and then never called. My husband called him a few days later and he never called us back. Now we have this rodent problem and no one to fix it. It's very unprofessional to just not call someone back. I would have been much more understanding if he would have just said that it was just not a job worth his time.
