I really want to like Mountain Pest, but I caution using them. I reached out to them with a raccoon issue in my rental’s attic. Mountain Pest said, after making a custom trap that didn’t catch anything, that the raccoons were “gone”. However, three months later it turns out the raccoons had just moved to a different, harder to access part of the attic Mountain Pest didn’t bother to check. The whole raccoon family had lived there the entire time!! It was a terrible. I had to pay for them to come…

Outstanding from the first call. Very responsive team, communicated and worked with me on scheduling. Corbin was all-time. Texted me updates, did a drive-by to assess the issue (Wasp/Yellow Jackets) and returned the following day to complete the mitigation/removal.. In addition to the removal, Corbin asked that I leave some tools out for him... he went ahead and repaired the soffit and siding that was problematic. Corbin is a great asset to their team.
