Not only did he spend a significant amount of time investigating and working around the inside and outside of the house but he also took the time to educate us to create a long term and lasting solution to our problem. He also listened to our concerns and addressed them. All was done in one visit. Will definitely continue to work with Mark for any future mice issues or any other pests that might plague our home.
