Heat Pro Fort Collins Bed Bug Exterminator

Almost too good to believe, but I have found no bedbugs after a few months. These people have a really hard (hot) job, and clearly work very hard at it and know what they're doing. Just ask about their warranty for do-overs. We also had a large amount of stuff and one location had enormous amounts of bugs, yet they are still gone (and I have set traps all over). Also they were helpful with a payment plan, which is what made it possible. I don't think you can settle with chemical only treatments for bedbugs, as their eggs are almost impossible to kill without heat.

I am not a friend or family member associated with Heat Pro, contrary to what the reviewer below claims about Heat Pro. That said, Donald with Heat Pro provided absolutely excellent customer service and treatment throughout the entire process! Yes, he is not with some large corporation, but he was extremely professional and friendly through every step! He was very informative, did a very high quality job and even did more than I had asked him for at no extra charge! He was extremely friendly. I couldn't ask for better. I will update this in time to verify that bedbugs have not returned, but I can tell you already having worked another exterminator in the past, I don't think they will. He was very thorough.

Great customer service experience and a guarantee. I had used another service and they only guaranteed for 30 days. Would definitely choose this team if I have to in the future.

Buyer beware I'm speaking from honest experiences and nothing but facts heat pro is not a reliable nor do they care about there customers their equipment is outdated and not maintained they pay friends,family, ect to put good reviews.they have told ppl they will do stuff and lied for example spreading powder when not even having powder to spread all and All not a good place look else where or learn the hard way . This company needs to start taking care of their coustumers hope some changes are made before they scare all there coustumers away. This location is not associated with heat pro and only used for advertising on google

Heat Pro was great. They were able to service our house the very next day (on a Sunday). I knew what a nightmare bed bugs could be, and I wanted a company that only did bed bugs. 'We have chosen wisely' we say jokingly. Also ask about their associated bed bug inspection dog, very nice option for added peace of mind afterwards. :)

Highly Recommended. Professional, quick service turn around time and bug free in a day. I hope I never have to call the guys again but I would recommend them to anyone fighting a bed bug issue.
