Colin Holmes , with EcoShield, was prompt, very cordial, effective and honest. There was a possible ant problem and a Japanese Beatle potential problem that he was not quite sure about and he very proactively stated he would have his supervisor come by and provde a better, more expert opinion. Very commendable.
Randy let us know he was servicing the pest control on the outside of our house. He sprayed the perimeter of the house and daubed the roof eaves for wasp nests. Randy did an excellent job.
I have always had great service through EcoShield with whoever I had services done with.I usually have Robert West and he has always answered my questions and has been friendly and worked hard and was very friendly.
Salesman is who came to begin with. First time was good and thorough. After that they did almost nothing. Didn't listen and had to have them come bacl each time they came be ause they lilled nothing. . Didn't get rid of wasps, spiders, or mice. I explained i didn't want them there unless I was there and they still sent people anyway. Told them I wanted no service over winter. They canceled my account and charged me hundred to do that. Would never get them again!

Do NOT use Ecoshield they have charged my credit card twice more than once and now have fraudulently charged my credit card I was told my card was removed from my account being as such there was no approval to run my card. This is fraud! They can't find the payment and still show my account as due. You don't want this headache. See screenshot the ones reversed should have never been charged and the $119 on 2.25.26 they don't show as paid when they fraudulently ran my card. Update emailed the email in response below March 2nd and no response

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A CONTRACT SERVICE!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Signed up for service on a rental property. They did not come and charged me as if they did. Still have a pest problem. They have you sign a contract with a $250 termination fee if you cancel before you contract is up. I'm really confused by all the good reviews, definitely not my experience.

We have tried to call muliple times and again we are told we will get a call back and no call back. This is a joke - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ALL TALK! AND THE SATIFACTION GUARANTEED IS A BUNCH OF TALK, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Do not hire this company as much as they say they will fix any issues they do not. I left over 15 -20 messages about them literally just treating my porch nothing else. I called Jackson who was the sales person who gave me the song and dance about them being the best and that they have a guarantee to fix any issues. I had to pay them $165.00 for that service, it is ridiculous. You can't get a call back or talk to management, they send you to a collection agency instead of dealing with their lack of service. I am going to make sure no one I know uses them for anything. Word of mouth as well as putting reviews on social media. Save your money and do it yourself. Horrible customer service, there isn't anyone there that will correct their issues and the guarantee is worthless.

Do not book this service. They are not VA certified. I canceled with them and they still sent a tech out. Charged me 200 dollars to do just the front of my house. The times I asked them to show up they were late. They never called before and I told them to email me since they could not get calls right. I got no emails and I sent multiple messages not to show up. Still they showed up. Everytime they showed up they had to come 2 or 3 times since I did not authorize the time. They still charge full price for services I did not ask for. $250 dollars to cancel. No one mentioned that to me at my door and I was told I could cancel no issues. Run from this place. Outrageous cancelation fee and no one calls or emails to verify times even after I tell them I'm not going to be home they say they will come anyways and send someone back out again. Didn't see much change in bugs as I gave them a trial. I sprayed myself to get rid of them. Wasps still showed up in the same spots and even came back more frequently.

Never used the company but I can assure I never will. I watched one of their “Reps” ? On I-25 weaving in and out of traffic flipping someone off. If that’s the people they hire, I can’t imagine the type of service they provide. I took a picture of the vehicle as well. He is hurting your company more than helping!

BEWARE! Terrible company with a scam contract that uses a high-pressure door-to-door sales tactic. EcoShield will not honor appointments, will refuse to provide services, and will charge $250 cancellation fee and threaten you with their billing department despite EcoShield breaching their contract. I've had multiple appointments in a row where they have canceled for no reason, shown up at my door for rescheduled appointments at the wrong time, and refused an inspection due to my residence being a "rental apartment" when it is an owner-occupied townhouse that they had visited at least three times before - including going door-to-door to sell me the policy in the first place! I had to threaten them with a lawyer to get them to waive the cancellation fee after they canceled a third appointment in a row. And the best part was I still had spiders even after they sprayed the interior and exterior of the house. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM! PS - they sent an email blaming me as the customer for agreeing to the service contract that they failed to honor, stating it was a "gesture of goodwill" that they waived the cancellation fee after they breached their own contract. EcoShield continued to email me after I told them not to contact me again. This company will harass you and blame you for their poor customer service. You can see in their review reply below that they are still acting like they did me a favor by not charging me the cancellation fee after they failed to honor their own service agreement. They are blaming the customer as if I didn't understand the terms of the agreement, when the actual problem was their failure to show up for confirmed appointments, terrible communication between the office and field team, and refusal to inspect and treat my home. Their 100% guarantee means nothing if you can't get them to show up to treat and inspect the house at the scheduled appointment time. Don't sign with them!

I have paid these people for a rodent/pest service that guarantees that if we have activity between regular service calls that I can just call and get things addressed. I called and they sent an inspector (who was very nice) rather than someone to refill the bait stations and such as I wanted. I never requested this type of inspection service, but I think they found it as an opportunity to try to sell me a prevention service to keep activity from getting into my house. The inspector said the house was great but bait stations were empty and there were not enough of them. He promised me that he would get someone out to address the issue within the next few days. Nobody ever called or showed up. So I called and asked for someone to fulfill his promise. No one ever showed or called. I called again today, weeks later, and went through all of this again and after trying to upsell me and tell me that the Inspector this, and the inspector that. I finally got them to move up my regularly scheduled appointment by a week. The infuriating thing was that every time I’ve called the whole music talks about their promise and guarantee that says that they will come for an extra treatment at no charge if the activity returns between treatments. This marketing recording as I’m on hold with the rep who is talking to the local office even states that they should move me closer than they did because I’m more than two weeks away from my scheduled appointment. how infuriating is that when you’re just trying to get them to honor what they say they’re going to do and they play a recording that says what they are going to do and they refused to do it Multiple times. Only after I had a cow and pointed this out on this third call to them did they actually agree to send someone out to address the issue. Whatever happened to that Inspector‘s report and his promise? Who the heck knows. This is the time of year where rodent activity increases dramatically and it’s taken a month to just get them to come out and refill their bait stations. Unbelievable. We will see if they show up and add the extra bait stations and refill the others as promised. The Phone rep was from another country way far away. He had to keep putting me on hold to talk to the local office three or four times each of the times I’ve called. It sure would be nice if you could actually talk to the local office about the issues you were having. They refused to talk To me, but instead put me on hold with their customer service guarantee message playing again and again in my ear. The company locally has generally pretty nice service staff and like I said, my inspector was super nice, but the upsell attempts and the customer service is unacceptable.

We had their regular pest service for years and it worked fine. Recently their service has turned to completely non-existent. We paid extra for Japanese beetle service. They came, claimed to have done stuff, all the beetles were still there. And they were still there a week later. I texted them, called their call center but could never talk to anyone local. The centralized call center said they left a request for the local manager to call me. They never did. I called again. Was promised a call again. No call. I emailed. No response. I left a one star review for the service. No reaction. The first line person booked them to come fix their work. I gave very specific instructions where the beetles were since I couldn't be home at the time of the service. They came and CHARGED ME AGAIN, even though the first time was completely ineffective. Worse, the second service was just as useless as the first and we still have all the beetles. They will never return your calls, so if there is any problem, it will never get fixed. Edit: One week after I emailed the address they gave, I've received more empty promises but nothing else. It's as if they've ended their operations and are no longer in business.
