Zach came out and serviced my home and solar panels a week or so ago for a pigeon based roofing issue. First of all, his professionalism and hard working nature were absolutely evident. His work was detailed, complete, and outstanding. The photos he shared of his completed work on our roof after the job were a clear source of pride for him, as they should be. We have noticed immediately the pigeons finding somewhere else to ruin(roost), and we are so incredibly grateful for both the hard work and experience from your team. Thank you all so much for such a positive experience, it certainly means a lot.

Great company! Very honest and fair which was so refreshing after the previous bids/info provided by other companies. Anthony was the only bidder who actually got on my roof and in my attic to check for squirrels and he took lots of pictures. He went over in detail the bid and explained everything! He and Zach were both back within a few days to start working on the project. Zach was awesome and such a hard-worker! This is definitely the only company I will call in the future if need be, and I will recommend them to all family and friends. Thank YOU!

Ryan Shoemaker with OutRight Wildlife is a magician! In 2022, I had a momma racoon decide to break into one of my deck columns and give birth to 4 babies. FIXED! Yesterday, I had a pesky bird break into the same column to build a nest for spring babies. FIXED TODAY! OutRight & Ryan are THE BEST!

Called them because I thought I had a squirrel getting into my attic. They were able to get someone out to me the next day. Anthony looked over my property and was able to verify the squirrel hadn't made it into the attic yet, but was building a nest in an overhang. He reviewed my entire property for any other issues. He provided a solution which would help keep the squirrels away from that area. There was no pressure tactics, no made up problems, he was kind and straight forward. Pricing for the abatement was reasonable. He was back a couple days later, and got the work done quickly. If I ever have another issue like this I will call on Out Right again!

Great customer service!! I called this company and they responded right away. They sent Anthony and he was wonderful. He explained everything thoroughly and showed me all pictures, so I could make an informed decision. He was knowledge, kind, and helpful and honest!! I will never use another company. Anthony is a real class act. Out right has earned my business forever because Anthony treated me so well.

Can't recommend Out Right Wildlife Solutions enough. Their 5 star rating is exactly where they should be. We were having trouble with mice inside our home due to what ended up being extensive exterior issues (over 115 year old house). They provided a free estimate, took photos before and after all their work, and even sent someone back out to check everything a few weeks later, no extra cost. Even at that time, I had some more questions and someone came back to finish the last seals. The work was incredibly professional, we needed dozens of holes filled (combination of silicon or some other materials that mice do not like), outdoor bait traps set, and metal siding out all along our deck area and back of house. They removed the deck boards and re-installed the boards perfectly and were always careful in everything they did. I was educated on best practices to catch any mice inside, but they did so well, we haven't seen any mice since. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work we needed done and they came back the next day when it took longer than expected. Thank you!

Anthony was just out to give me a quote for some rodent remediation. He was very professional and took as much time as I needed to understand the problems I was facing and solutions to those problems. The prices I was quoted seem very reasonable too. I am really happy to have found a local business with real names and faces to work with. Also, thank you Maddie for finding me an appointment so quick!

Thought we had squirrels in our attic. Andrew Abalos came out and gave us a really thorough inspection and an estimate for what they could do. I was really impressed and would highly recommend this company.

I'd give six stars if I could. Everyone I dealt with at this company was terrific -- professional, communicative, personable and conscientious. My issue was mice in my townhouse, so I needed the exterior sealed. I appreciated that they respected my no-kill requirement and that they didn't try to sell me additional services (I was fine catching and releasing live mice myself). They were able to get me on their calendar quickly, sealed the home with extreme attention to detail, and even insisted on a follow-up visit a few weeks later to check the sealant. I learned so much about mouse behavior from them, and the sealing solved the issue. Highly recommend.

Out Right Wildlife Solutions did a great job and made the process of getting rid of the squirrels I had living in the roof out. They were easy to work with and took the time to explain their process and recommendations.

Anthony came out for a home inspection and provided service above and beyond what we expected. Aside from the incredibly detail oriented and thorough inspection, Anthony spent additional time with us to answer our questions and explain Outright’s approach to us, making sure we were comfortable with their process. Daniel was incredibly informative, respectful, and highly knowledgeable. He made sure to explain everything he was seeing and to offer an education on topics every step of the way. Incredibly trustworthy and high expertise.

Out Right Wildlife Solutions is absolutely OUTSTANDING! I had worked with a company several years back who claimed to be humane but ended up letting a squirrel die in a trap because they weren't on top of the traps. This made me so sad. I don't like killing wildlife, they were here first! This time it was raccoons that were tearing up my roof. I called Out Right because of their reviews. Daniel came out and, to my relief, he said his company doesn''t trap (they will sometimes install temporary exit doors that disallow reentry, but they don't trap). Fortunately, I had no raccoons in my attic, but because I had had squirrels in the past and clear evidence the raccoons were trying to get in, Daniel did a very thorough job sealing all the possible entry points. I've worked with roofers in the past who didn't do work with the care and precision that Daniel did. And the price to do this was less than what the previous wildlife company charged to deal with the squirrels and leave me traumatized! Daniel took pictures of his work and he was thorough, kind and professional and didn't try to get me to do more than needed doing. All this to say, I cannot give this company high enough marks! They are the very best!

I asked these guys to come over to evaluate a mouse situation. Dave was responsive early in the morning and things seemed great and then the guy never showed up for the consultation. We had a meeting set between 1pm and 3pm and Daniel never showed up. What a joke.

We had a Mama and baby racoons who decided under our deck was a good place to take shelter. After we calmed down from the surprise of seeing a family of racoons running and playing across our deck we luckily found Out Right(after looking up several animal removal companies)Anthony came out did and inspection, set up a camera and was very calming and explained everything. After some observation we scheduled the work to close up the backside of our deck with a one way door to let the racoon family get out safely. Anthony's partner, Shyan was equally helpful did a great job and kept us posted on everything that was happening. After it was determined the racoons had safely gotten out the rest of the back of our deck was sealed up. We appreciate the humane approach and what a great job and helping to reduce our stress during the process. Highly recommend this company for any wildlife situations.

Outright Wildlife is the absolute best company to handle a wildlife problem affecting your home, especially something as persistent as raccoons. Andrew really helped me with knowledgeable advice and solutions. Andrew and Maddie are extremely hard working and solved the problems affecting my home. This is the second time I've used their service. Now I will call them back for maintenance before problems turn into nightmares. Amazing company, employees and service!
