Omnis does really great work!! We have a new home and have used them in the past two years for mice, yard voles and most recently a squirrel in the attic. Always on time, professional and get the job done. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Bryce with the squirrel visit. His approach to great service shows through his employees. Great tech for easy pay/billing and reasonably priced. They've never tried to falsely 'upsell' for services not needed like many try to do. Just straight forward estimates, billing and service. Thoroughly impressed with their service and attitude and will continue to use them and refer them.

We have been a loyal customer of routine treatments for years, so it saddens me that when I had an issue, Omnis went dark on me. We have our home listed and had wasps got into the house. As you can imagine, this is a huge deterrent to potential buyers and I needed the problem resolved quickly. It took well over a week for them to go out to the property, and then they assured me that a good fogging would resolve the issue. Well, it didn’t. And when I called for further assistance, they requested pictures of the wasps since they were apparently too busy to go to the property again and didn’t trust the technician’s initial diagnosis. We don’t live in the home, so this creates a chore for us, with them being unwilling to follow through on their work. I have been dealing with Bryce directly and still have had no follow up, though he has told me 2x that he’d go out himself. I now have to go find another pest control service to do what Omnis won’t. Our years of loyalty to Omnis got us very poor service in the end.

I am a current customer who called to skip an appointment, and I was given the choice to either reschedule it or cancel completely with the company. I asked to clarify when Peyton, the person in the office started yelling at me, and said that the conversation was no longer productive. As a consumer, I didn’t realize I’m not allowed to ask any clarifying questions to a company that I already am doing business with. This is where we are now where I have no say, and cannot ask any questions about how my money is being spent with this company? I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a small business that gives you an either or scenario when you’re just calling for questions. That’s not a good business model. This is probably not the best company to do business with given they are limited , they lack qualified staff, and people tend to raise their voice , say things that didn’t happen, and don’t really provide you with any options.

When I first signed up for service years ago, the level to detail, work and the responsiveness and customer service was great. Over the last year the service has diminished and it almost feels like they show up and do NO work but still expect to get paid. I just cancelled my service and feel great about it! It was absolutely the right decision, I would not recommend this company to handle your pest control needs, look elsewhere

We've scheduled you multiple times for service since your last paid service in June. You have been canceling or rescheduling with no charge to your account. You had two techs at your last service in June which is why it took less time. All the usual areas were treated, no corners were cut. You also left a review for Jerry of 5 stars this year. Buyer beware!! I used this company one time to help with a rodent problem. After walking around my house and finding no apparent entry point the “expert” exterminator spouting info that could have been found after a 15min google search on what I could do to alleviate my problem. No actual fix to my problem was found. Yes, he did leave traps (after telling me just how expensive the $5 Home Depot traps were) at my house. After 6 months bait was still untouched and my problem was still there. I called Edge Pest Control and they actually fixed my problem. After my experience I decided not to pay the second half of the $200 dollars they wanted to charge me. And after calling and explaining why I wasn’t going to pay, they still saw fit to send my bill to collections. So in sum up, go elsewhere!!! EDIT: Thats funny, because it sure does look like you...
