Croach Pest Control

Not impressed and definitely not worth the money. The first tech who found the mice was awesome, but isn’t the person who came for our services (not so awesome). We complained and they said we didn’t have any other options. Also, I was rushed into signing the contract and had to pay $200 to cancel our plan. Make sure you know what you’re getting into before you sign. There were too many miscommunications between the office and the techs & we had an issue almost every visit, AND still got bugs!

Croach is the worst kind of company. They use aggressive sales to get you to sign up for a service plan that can't be cancelled without a huge fee. They do a bad job. The number of bugs on my property now is the same as before I started with them. They had no effect. One time I wanted them to get rid of a wasps nest in my bathroom vent. The dude came over and sprayed bug spray into the vent and left. He was here for like 40 seconds. I could have done that. For this I missed half a day

I am dissatisfied with their business practices, and it makes me question the legitimacy of their service. They solicit owners at their house (this should have been my first reason to reject this company). The salesman/service man then points out pest issues at the owner's house (ants, spiders, wasps, etc), and attempts persuading you to purchase their service. However, they are cagey about the cost (again a bad sign). When they finally mention the cost, I think that they are intentionally
