I hired them to eliminate cockroaches, and they came to my home to perform the treatment. The first time they arrived, the technician stayed for only five minutes; he didn't even take the time to apply the treatment behind the refrigerator and the stove before leaving. I called the office to report that I was not satisfied with the work performed, but they told me they were sorry—though, despite that, I still had to pay regardless. They returned a second time to apply the treatment, but the situation remained unchanged. They came back a third time; the technician arrived but simply waited outside until the allotted time had elapsed. I went out to tell him that I needed him to actually fumigate, and he seemed annoyed. I pointed out that I was paying for the time they were wasting. Upon leaving, he instructed me to wait a month to see results; however, I am still seeing cockroaches. I called again and was informed that the warranty no longer covers the problem—even though I had simply waited out the timeframe they themselves had specified. I do not recommend them.

I had a mouse problem. Most of which had cleared up by the time of my appointment by my own methods. I was told that the person would come over, check the exterior and try and pin point where the mice were coming in from and then spray for other potential problems on the outside and inside. When the gentlemen arrived, he only had a box of traps with him. So I told him what I knew about the current problem. Showed him my thoughts about how they were getting in and he proceeded to place traps down basically In most of the places where my traps were. I didn’t mind this as I figured two different traps were better than one for finicky mice. After that he asked if that was all and I told him I thought he would be spraying around the house for other things like spiders, etc. He did go and spray in the areas I asked. So why the rating? Still no idea where the mice are coming from and I had already or could do the things this person did. So why pay for this service???

Edit to a previous 5 star review. This company used to be great and I'm not sure what happened. We had to reschedule and when I went to text or call back to reschedule I got zero response from the company. We finally cancelled our monthly charges and just found a different company because we weren't going to keep trying to get ahold of them. I would not recomend this company. Not very communicative and they give you very little notice before coming out to your house.

Absolutely LOVE Beeline! I live in a condo and it is difficult to control roaches due to other connected units no matter how clean we are. When we have an issue they are usually out the next day to do a treatment and because I am an ongoing customer I don’t get charged for these in between events. I recommend them to all My friends.

I have been using Beeline for a few years now and really appreciate their service. I noticed some Wasps along with their cousins ,the Yellowjackets , setting up condominium housing in my roof this week. Made a call to Beeline and they were out in just a couple days. Ethan took control of the situation and they have all been dispatched. One particular benefit this company offers is a quarterly checkup and spray of the areas that are the most problematic and if during the ensuing months between sprays should I notice anything unusual they come out again and fix whatever issue there is. Which is what happened with these wasps and they cousins. Great service. try it...you'll like it!

Do not sign up for subscription services. They provide 24 hours notice and send out a technician even if you request to reschedule. Their technicians show up and LITERALLY spend 90 seconds spraying the exterior without getting the areas that even matter (didn’t even enter my back yard to get the back side of my home). Company refuses to refund you if you have a terrible experience. Not worth the headache.

Is there a "map" of where our "pest traps" are that you can send with each Beeline employee that comes to spray because otherwise we are paying for nothing!! This employee was great but he was new to our home and Beeline didn't tell him where our pesttraps were located so he couldn't check them to see if pests had visited

I would’ve given a less rating if possible, mostly due to the fact that I cancelled the appointment and clearly told them not to come out for the appt they scheduled that didn’t work for me. Instead of working with me to find a better appt date/time, they proceeded to still service my property against my request and think this is acceptable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with this company!

Incredibly poor service experience. The technician did not spray the entire property. Skipped key rooms that needed treatment. My wife had to feed our 3 month old when the technician showed up. My mother in law was home to show the tech which areas to spray. She had to run out, next thing my wife notices is the tech is leaving after being here for maybe 3-5 minutes. Automatically charged $175 for the service without saying a word. DO NOT USE BEELINE PEST CONTROL. I would give a zero star review mixed with an F- for customer service. They also increased their pricing with little to no explanation. Beware this is a scam company.

I would choose zero stars if you had that option. I have had a property management company since 2004. We have used Beeline for 10+ years. As of the last 6 months or so, their service has gone way downhill. On one occasion I was invoiced for one of my rentals and my tenant informed me that the technician never showed up to do any of the work. Then about a month ago, we had Beeline treat our residence and the technician walked around our home and didn’t spray anything at all. The reason we can confirm this is because we have cameras in our home which showed him just taking a walk around our home and doing absolutely nothing. The last antic was that they used my card without my consent or permission. I have always called in to pay the invoice. I want to be able to call my tenants to confirm that they actually have shown up and done the work considering what they have done in the past. Apparently the last time I gave them my card for payment, they stored my card information even after I advised them that I did not want my card stored for future use. The receptionist is quite rude and disrespectful. I called on Friday to let her know that this happened and she reluctantly claimed she would reverse the charge. As of four days later the charge is still there. Do not do business with them unless this is the way you want to be treated and taken advantage of.

Average at best. We saw two mice along the perimeter of our house (separate tiles) and were told there was nothing they could do until there were pests inside my house. Why would I wait until then if there was a prevention option. Or at least come out and look. I pay quarterly. I wanted to cancel and was told there was a $30 cancellation fee. Called trying to get assistance from anyone besides Bethany - the gate keeper and never got a call back. The techs are super nice that’s the only thing they can’t stand on.

I have used Beeline for several years and their service has generally been good. Unfortunately this year their service has fallen off. I have a quarterly contract for pest control on a duplex rental property. The first quarterly treatment the technician did not have all of the supplies required and had to return the next day. The second quarterly treatment they only treated one half of the duplex. Prior to learning of this from my tenants I promptly paid the invoice that Beeline sent immediately after the service call. Now when I try calling them to get the rest of the work done I keep getting a message saying the number is not available. VERY FRUSTRATING! Beeline - if you see this review please call me.
