Peter was great! Good and quick service! He was superb.

Our old tech used to do such a wonderful job. This new guy is nowhere near as thorough. He never goes up on the porch and does the cobwebs and eaves etc. Ive had the same webs in the corners of my porch for the last 3 visits. We have cameras and i can see everywhere he goes and where he doesnt. He sprays the sides of the house and checks the bait boxes and thats it. Please get us a new technician. I didn't want to leave a public review but I couldnt find another way to review him.

Do not believe we are getting serviced. I called several times before and had notes added to my file to always spray inside. EVERY TIME. We have lots of bugs all over the house, especially the basement.

I called several weeks ago requesting that I would get a notice in advance of the service. No notice the guy just shows up and I have no clue that he is here. How can I give a positive review when I don’t have a clue what service he provided. Why can’t croach do what I have requested. If this isn’t addressed I will cancel the service.

The worst costumer service I've ever experienced!!!!! I kept giving them chances, they would show up unexpected and not do anything then charge us. I had called multiple times about the issues on scheduling. I finally had enough and canceled are service after they claimed they preformed services on our property in the snow ava rain. They still charged us and said they would send someone out this morning , when again they didn't show I called to get an update and was told the tech would call me with an eta. No call came in I went to take a shower real quick as I was dying off the tech came to the door I kept having to fight my dog and pull him back so that he wouldn't go after the tech. I finally got my dog put away and went back to the door. After the service was done the tech had the audacity to tell me I looked stressed, well I wonder why you show up unannounced when I'm already over their services I was in the middle of things and had to go get my daughter and he was also parked in the driveway so I couldn't leave. Then after all that he called the cops on me saying I struck my dog, no I grabbed his scruff and collar so he didn't run out and maul the tech. Stay away I gave them too many chances that's what I get for trying to give them chances to make it right. Also after he reported me he never closed my gate so if I had let my dog out he could have gotten out.

Carter did not remove a large spider nest in front door. He did not wipe the foray with the brush, spider webs everywhere. He asked me problem spots and apparently that means only service those spots and not the rest of the house. Never mentioned he was leaving and just left. Did not tell us and therefore we left garage door open.

Worse service and they are liers, they didnt show up about the real contract, only try to sell to you, giving a discount the first service

Had to tell the door-to-door sales guy no three different times and he kept interrupting a family gathering, bringing more people to try and sell me to sign a contract without ever showing their value. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this kind of disrespect of obvious family time.

I have decided to forego the last treatment as I have not seen any improvement in the reduction of pests, and I no longer wish to use pesticides. Despite my concerns about the potential hazards of pesticides, the company is adamant that their eco-friendly option is safe, even though it still contains hazardous materials. They have shown little regard for my emotional distress and are insisting that I either receive the last treatment or pay a cancellation fee for opting out of it.
