Plateau Pest Solutions Inc. took over the business that has been providing pest control services for over 40 years, this was their first service. I met with the technician Robert. I found Robert to be very professional and friendly and answered all of my questions.

We called Plateau Pest Solutions to treat a significant mini ant infestation at our home. It was really tough to treat them but Plateau kept at it! Special shout out to Wyman who patiently explained why we likely had the problem, and how to best treat it. Wyman was correct! His treatment started working within the hour! This company is effective and fair, and stands behind its work!

Years ago the ant control products I could buy quit doing the job. I got a local company to control ants and they did just fine. Then they were sold to a national company who immediately and incessantly marketed services I didn’t need or want. I asked a friend for a recommendation and he turned me on to Plateau Pest Solutions. They beat the price of the national company and don’t try to sell me stuff I don’t need. When the gophers started burying and bypassing my traps, Plateau Pest took care of that problem too. I wanted a new pest control because our other company has over double the cost. My daughter has been researching and mentioned Plateau so I decided to call. Office staff was positive and helpful and set me up with a 2 hour timeframe instead of all day. My service was done by Wyman. He came out and walked the property with me. He was knowledgeable and made suggestions. He then completed a thorough service, removing spider webs, spraying, and lawn. He came back the next day to place traps. We are very happy with this local company !

Plateau Pest Control has been very good to us. They come when we need them. Our regular service is always done. They’re willing to do extra and the owner is also willing to step up and do as needed. We’ve been very pleased.

Worst pest control Co. In the southland, they charge for extra for services that should be inclusive in the General Pest Control Maintenance Plan, but instead they charge extra, like for instance for dewebbing spider webs from your eves is an extra charge, if you call right before your scheduled monthly service call and you explain that you have Carpet Beetles which should be included in regular service is an extra charge! The technicians are not properly equipped with the materials and equipment that they need to do a competent job! Terrible Customer Service & 100% DISORGANIZED!!!

Made a call to ask what it would cost to have someone come out to get rid of a cricket. Very pricey quote.

Terrible customer service and lazy service technicians that are not thorough at all. We switched pest control companies at the request of our landlord. Issues have not changed but in fact worsened or in some cases ( rodent issue ) remained the same with this service. Will be switching back to prior company. I’m not sure and extremely skeptical about all these other reviews / raves as well. I seriously question the authenticity of them just as I do most Amazon reviews these days!

Extremely rude and short on the phone.

I can't rate the quality or value, because they never showed up. My daughter made an appointment the day before and was given a specific window of time that they would arrive. No one called or texted to say they were running late, or wouldn't be able to show, or anything. Numerous calls and text messages were sent to them with no answer or reply, very unprofessional!! I would not recommend this aggravation and frustration to anyone!!

Poor Customer Service. A tech was supposed to arrive at 8:00 AM this morning and did not arrive until 8:37 AM. I had a hard stop at 8:45. This Co. charges $299 which is too expensive for someone to arrive this late on a scheduled visit. Unacceptable.
