Their ant treatment helped, but even after coming back a second time to treat a missed spot, the ants are back in some areas a couple weeks later. Being told to use ant traps if we see more isn't reassuring after an expensive treatment and when ants appear in every room of the house. I've lowered my review further because after the treatment, the ants seem to be back with a vengeance twice as bad. It's like they sprayed sugar in the walls or something. Thanks for the review. Pesticides only last a few weeks, so ants will eventually come back. If they are this persistent, you might want to start on a reoccurring service, to keep them out long-term. One application will not keep ants out for good.
I have had the pleasure of working with multiple account managers at Heaviland Landscape among my portfolio of commercial properties throughout San Diego County. I wanted a new pest control because our other company has over double the cost. My daughter has been researching and mentioned Plateau so I decided to call. Office staff was positive and helpful and set me up with a 2 hour timeframe instead of all day. My service was done by Wyman. He came out and walked the property with me. Heaviland has provided landscape aervices, maintenance, design, installation for 2 years. They are the best! Very dependable, responsive and supportive. Besides keeping our HOA property beautiful, they understand that we are a 40 year old property with landscape " in transition": replacing over grown thirsty plants with water wise native plants.
