Tyler with pinpoint Pest Control was awesome, he was communicative and kept me in the loop as I was not able to be there while he took care of the bee situation that was happening in the backyard of a rental. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Jose came out for routine pest control. He asked if there were areas of concern and took care of all problem areas. Pinpoint Pest control has kept my property pest free since I called about a spider infestation a couple years ago. Very professional and great service. Good value for the price.

Jose does our pest service every other month. He is always very friendly and professional. He shows up on time and does a thorough job every time. If we have any areas of concern he listens to our concerns and addresses the areas accordingly. When we need to reschedule the office staff is always prompt and accommodating.

I have used Pinpoint Pest Control twice over the last year or so, for different issues. Frank has listened to my concerns and treated me with respect. He wasn't able to identify any pest issues either time, but still taught me alot about what to look for.

I found out I had a mice problem in the attic when I found a mouse inside our house. Pinpoint came out and did an inspection, I approved the findings and they promptly came back out to seal up the attic from any mice getting in. Then over the next two weeks they come to check on the traps and bait to make sure no spots were missed. Frank was very polite and knowledgeable. Overall I'm very happy with their service.

Those tiny little pesty ants were popping up everywhere. Braeden from PinPoint came to my rescue! Braeden and the company are very customer oriented, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend them to take care of your ant problem and various other insects that invade your home and surroundings.

Overall happy with Pinpoint in general, however, the last tech who serviced our home did not bother to move our shoes and sprayed them with insecticides. We verified this by reviewing our security cameras. For the recent price increase we expected this common courtesy. It would have taken 2 seconds to move our shoes aside before spraying. They are also supposed to treat the fence at the zero property line which has not been done the last few times.

I cannot rate someone, if I don't see what they are doing! After the second spraying I had to sweep the spider webs away. And, I am being bitten by some insect inside my home, seems to be fleas!

Their ant treatment helped, but even after coming back a second time to treat a missed spot, the ants are back in some areas a couple weeks later. Being told to use ant traps if we see more isn't reassuring after an expensive treatment and when ants appear in every room of the house. I've lowered my review further because after the treatment, the ants seem to be back with a vengeance twice as bad. It's like they sprayed sugar in the walls or something. Edit in response to owner: You guys came by a second time less than 7 days ago and today that same room has dozens of ants all over the floor, walls, and ceiling. Not sure how this can be an issue of it wearing off as the ants never left in certain areas.

Thanks for the review. Pesticides only last a few weeks, so ants will eventually come back. If they are this persistent, you might want to start on a reoccurring service, to keep them out long-term. One application will not keep ants out for good.
Good luck getting anything accomplished with these moronic people that literally have no idea what they're talking about and or telling me incorrect information. We have bugs in our house crawling all over the place and they're telling us that the only solution is to just let them crawl around and find the source? OK it's not your job to find the source? Then they're arguing with me telling me that the place has something decomposing in the walls from here the near the nearest ago. The place is less than one year old it's brand new. The place is a joke find another pest control company. And they are extremely rude talking over me and it even listening at all.
Employee cut off semi right in front of me, tried to get a plate but he sped off. Very unsafe, can't believe their service would be better.

We've been getting over 200 calls and emails a day in the past 3 weeks. I'm sorry that we've been on the phone each time you've called! Did you leave a message?
While I had great customer service, they didn't actually fix my insect/bug/spider issue. They got rid of ants but the spiders stayed. A bit frustrating to drop money and be promised something will be eradicated but it's not, and then refused to refund money.
Started off great at original house, then we moved and every preference got wiped away, like we never spoke before. Technician showed up unannounced (We have dogs), walked around a little and left. Never moved rugs and no spray marks. Who ever was home never saw anyone spray or wipe spider webs from the eves. But pinpoint always defended there company and kept taking our money with little to no service.
Returned to property after eight months and showed no sign of service with spiders with webs and ants everywhere. Claimed serviced previous day and charged $1000.
