Started service with Terminix May 15, 2021. Pest were still there so I called back immediately and was serviced a 2nd time May 25th. He told me I didn't give it enough time and said I needed to wait longer to see results, I did for about 4weeks this time and upon doing so issue with pests did not resolve. I've had terminix for over a year in Visalia and service was fine. We just moved into a different home in Tulare and since we moved we've had so many issues with the company. I've had to call them out 10+ times to treat an ant issue I've been having. When I call, it is very difficult to get an appt scheduled, which is disheartening and frustrating when you're having a crisis with ants coming in your home.
