Pestman Termite and Pest Control

We are previous PESTMAN customers and having worked with Brandon before is what brought us back. He’s alway friendly and thorough and a great communicator. We’re Excited to be a customer again.

My husband & I have been customers for awhile now and we are very happy with the service. We used to get bugs every summer in our den and thats no longer a problem! The technicians are always super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them ! Plus they're local so its nice hiring them over a big name corporation.

It was a great experience.

Since the company had been sold, it has not been the same. I’ve been with this company for 3 years, but now I’m breaking ties with it. It’s been two times where the technician was scheduled and did not show up but yet the company still charge me the fees after I let them know that the guy have never showed up, but I’m constantly getting bills in the mail for past due for the service.

Been loyal customer for more than 4 years. But I have to cancel the service because the past couple months the newer technician was really bad. Been complaining to the office about it, but they still didn’t do something about it. Before it took more than 20 minutes to spray, cleaned the spider web, make sure everything is clean. But now, not even 10 minutes to do everything. Not even knock or ring the door bell like before. Just come and go really fast. Even the bugs still roaming around. This company going down hill really fast because the newer technician doesn’t care about work.

I was a loyal customer for over 7 years, but I recently canceled my service due to the unprofessional behavior of a new technician. He entered my yard without knocking or notifying me, not once, but twice, even after I specifically asked him to ring the doorbell next time. He did not perform the service thoroughly, and when I asked about documentation, he copped an attitude and told me I’d have to get it off my phone from the car, since it’s no longer on paper. Then, instead of handling it professionally, he raised his voice and mocked me (“ma’am, you have a good day, ma’am”). To make matters worse, I still have spiders after he supposedly treated the property. To be fair, the office staff I’ve dealt with over the years, were always polite and helpful. Unfortunately, some of the newer technicians don’t seem to understand that respect and professionalism matter. I even requested a call from management before posting this review, but no one followed up. Respect should come standard with service.

Spoke with Julie; she was very informative gave me all the information I needed after doing my research of all pest control businesses in the area I’m happy to say I chose them!

When we first started using them, they were very good but the last two or three months their service has gone downhill really bad. They were at our house last month and we still have bugs in that and I tried to reschedule for them to come back out and they’re telling me that I have to wait till the end of this month before they can even come take care of the problem Very dissatisfied with them

they do a good job and always text to tell you when they will be there ben with them for 6 yrs

Excellent responsive and reasonably priced services. I was a new customer in need of emergency removal of a wasp nest. The nest was removed the next day. The scheduling and payment were handled over the phone with two pleasantly skilled women. The technician showed up on time. I canceled services with my prior nationally known pest services and switched to Pestman. It is refreshing to work with competent humans instead of a frustrating, nonresponsive corporate call center.
