When I first bought my house the manger came out and said I had a rat infestation that was going to cost $2000. Turns out I had a nosy water heater. Thankfully I get a minimum of three estimates. He called my house a track home as if it was an insult and he thought because I was a black female he could be dishonest. Sad.
He does a great job I was very happy.

Jacob came out for a wasp infestation, had a terrible attitude, was in and out in 15 minutes. Had to call back because he didn't get all the nests and the wasps were still swarming the house. He clearly did not want to be at my place again. Said he would have to charge me again, and that he couldn't get to additional nests that I pointed out that he missed. Looked at me like "well what do you want me to do?" um you're the "professional" you tell me. I already paid you $150 to knock down 6 wasp nests and now you want to charge me another $150 to knock down the 3-4 you missed and you are making excuses saying you don't know how to get to them? Just say you dont want to be here bro.

Pest Control Now is a must! Jacob came to investigate the wasp problem we had right when we were moving, from our old home to are new home. He took care of it the next morning! Jacob was very professional and realistic, we had him inspect are new home and he did an amazing service. We are now with Pest Control monthly because they are professional and one of the only companies that handle wasp/bee issues.

Bugs are killed and they clear webs, but I watched on my Ring as one technician thoroughly sprayed a package at my door. Now I just found out another managed to unlock my back gate and enter my yard without my knowledge. (When I told them I had forgotten to unlock it, they were kind and rescheduled for just the backyard; Today the technician called me asking why he was back because he basically broke into my yard a few days prior!)
Jacob was on time. He was friendly and attentive to what I shared with him. He answers my questions quickly and with careful consideration. I appreciate him being thorough in attacking the problem. Before leaving he assured me he would return going forward until the problem is gone. I recommend Jacob and his company 10/10

Had termite fumigation 3/25/23 and have called them and set up termite inspection since finding termite swarmers inside my house since fumigation and they didn’t show up scheduled inspection just drove past my house and ignored my phone calls. I previously before the fumigation had local termite spay and told them I was seeing termite swarmers and was ignored and pushed off like I didn’t know what I was talking about and later on had to have fumigation for a big termite problem I am still seeing swarmers but I’m just ignored and I don’t feel this is a dependable company I was told I have warranty for 2 years but honestly don’t feel it will be honored I will have to hire a different company

Pulls stuff out of cabinets and throws it on floor sprays it heavily. Example throws brown bags on floor with bug spray leaves it there for me to clean just completely destroy my house. DID NOT CARE IF THEY MADE A MESS

Had them come out today and sprayed my house they sprayed a 1000 sqft in under 20 minutes for 200 dollars is that possible or em I being ripped off I called spoke to shel about it she states she gets her home done in under 10 minutes I see that happening for house that been serviced already but new homes or new customers home shouldnt take under 20mins tto just saying

For a small apartment like yours with an infestation of roaches as severe as yours the first treatment yesterday was the first of two treatments to free your apartment of your cockroach infestation. We do our best to explain the process to clients in the hopes the realize that cockroach infestations do not go away after one treatment which is why we scheduled you for two. If you would like a representative to go over this process with you again we would be glad to send someone back out to discuss at your convenience. The process is not about the amount of time it takes to apply chemical its about making sure that your infestation of cockroaches is gone after ALL the treatments are done. -PCN
The first month the exterminator said that they would check in with me to address any concerns I may have to tailor his efforts to them. The next two visits he made, he never checked in with me. He left a note on my front door. I had a problem with ants that never went away until I went out and purchased my own pesticides from Costco. Four months later I receive a letter from them saying that my account is past due 4 months! I put it on the back burner because I know they have my wife's American Express card on file. Today I receive a threatening text message from complete with exclamation points. Asking if I can stop my day to address an overdue account. I called the number that sent the text only to receive an answering service who said that they would relay to the company that I called. All this for $139.96? The service was substandard and customer service is nonexistent. I left them a message to charge the card on file (like they should've done four months ago) and forget my number. I will file a complaint through the BBB.

I understand that we have not been able to speak with you regarding your service, however, that is difficult without you answering your phone or a voicemail set up. We would happily address any of the concerns that you have had, if you would have reached out to us. I understand that you have a credit card on file, however, it has failed to process the past four times we attempted to do so. Because of this fact, we mailed out statements to you. We apologize if the text message reminder was offensive to you, we do our very best to resolve unpaid balances without resorting to escalated collection methods.
I just bought a house, which was empty for about a year. There is a lot of spiders and they canceled on me twice. I'm furious because I'm missed a day of work so I could be there on the day they rescheduled!
