Quarterly service, I have been a customer since the Covid 19 pandemic. Just terminated my service. The new office staff after 5 complaints failed to schedule appointments. The technician just shows up. This is horrible customer service.

The inspector who came out was very professional and courteous. Amid the small talk he really took his time to inspect the perimeter of house and was very knowledgeable about his craft and matters of construction. I learned a lot in such a short time. More importantly, instead of creating a reason to earn money, which I wouldn’t put past other companies, he gave me money saving DIY advice. His honesty showed integrity and that’s why I’d call this place again. For clarity, I wasn’t charged as the inspection was free, and the issue didn’t require action. So, I’m not aware if the pricing is fair. But, given the attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine concern for my home, I would guess their pricing would also be reasonable.

Just switched to ProCraft Pest Control. Initial service performed by Brandon today. He was thorough and professional.

i’ve always taken care of ant issues on my own, however, this year the ants have taken over the house. I called ProCraft pest control. They came out the same day sprayed for ants and other insects. Brandon was very professional, he explained everything he was doing and put bait in areas where I was having ant issues. I will know in a few days What the results will be. The bait that he has put out is already seeing results in just a couple of hours. The picture below shows the ants eating the bait and will take that back to their Colonies. bye-bye, Aunts!! thank you Brandon !

Thought I saw a bee nest and someone was able to come out the next day. Brandon was awesome and found a second nest. Friendly, professional, and had great communication.

Awesome experience with ProCraft. I reached out for a quote and the owner himself was in the area and stopped by the same morning. He walked my property and made recommendations. I opted for an annual service contract as it is priced very reasonably. ProCraft sent out Brandon the same day and he treated my entire property including my attic, basement, garage and rental unit. He answered my questions and took his time explaining the different treatment methods. ProCraft is a local, family owned business. They treated me like I am an important priority, and I really appreciate it.

Brandon from ProCraft Pest Control did an amazing job—definitely a 5-star experience! He removed wasp nests, cleared out all the spider webs around my home, and thoroughly sprayed the inside. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and helpful he was. He took the time to explain what kinds of bugs are attracted to certain things and gave me some great tips to help prevent future issues. Professional, friendly, and very informative—I highly recommend Brandon if you’re looking for quality pest control service!

Brandon came today and gave an excellent customer service, he explained to me that he treated everything around the house all the foundation perimeter, windows, door trims and granulated the front yard… he did a great job and so happy with the services he provided … happy customer 😊

We’ve worked with the ProCraft guys for almost five years now and have always had a great experience. At this point, the entire crew has been to the house for a variety of jobs - quarterly maintenance for ants and spiders, bait traps for rodents that were destroying our patio furniture, and dealing with some bees that had decided to make a hive in our walls (and some great work by Mike sealing up the exterior of the home so it wouldn’t happen again). Mike, Luke, Patrick, Robert, Brandon and Dave have always been professional, willing to educate, and get the job done well. They’re responsive and easy to communicate with on projects and problems of any size. We’ve always recommended the ProCraft crew to our neighbors and will continue to do so for years to come.
