Never again will I ever use them , They rescheduled on me 2x , finally day of my appointment they show up late , The guy was rude and didn’t even finish the job

Wow. EarlyBird Extermination is the best. We thought we heard rats in our attic. We called the big corporate companies and all they wanted was to charge exorbitant fees to even come out. EarlyBird is a local family-owned business and we couldn't be happier with their honesty and professionalism. They came out on time and did a thorough inspection - determining that we did not have rodents at all. They were even nice enough to give us some hardware cloth to seal up a couple of entry points into the garage. I will be a regular customer from now on. Do business with EarlyBird! Terrible customer service! We had been using Early Bird Extermination monthly for over 2 years on auto pay. When they came out in February and charged my credit card on file...it had been expired. So instead of calling me when they didn't hear back from text message in a timely manner they charged a bunch of late fees. Somehow I missed the text message (just one) and the email (no longer use that account as it got spam attacked). When they finally racked up enough late fees they finally decided to call. When they called I was happy to give my new credit card number but asked if they could waive the late fees for a loyal customer. Cynthia got snippy with me and said no. So I said I would cancel the service if they didn't waive the late fees. And thus we have cancelled our service and will not be recommending them to anyone. There are too many good exterminator companies out there to not be kind to your customer base.

Early Bird Exterminator is a phenomenal company! Eric went out of his way time and again to make sure the moths that had been eating our rugs were gone for good! They are tenacious little creatures, but not for Eric! He wouldn't give up and now, fortunately and thanks to him, they reside with us no longer! We are very happy with the way he handled the situation from start to finish and recommend him to anybody and everybody if they have pests they can't get rid of! Thank you Eric, from the bottom of our hearts ❤️! We appreciate you and your professionalism, knowledge, integrity, honesty and safety precautions taken. You went above and beyond the call of duty!

Wow! I called early bird extermination and unfortunately, they don’t service the area I live in BUT the customer service rep was so nice to have Eric call me and give me advice on what to do about my problem. Not only did Eric give me detail instructions on what and where to buy, he told me the exact areas to apply it. After the call I felt 100x better about my issue. Thanks Eric for the sound advice with no $$ attached. That’s a honest company there. 🙏🏾

I selected EarlyBird Extermination because it was local--right there in Upland, and I like to support family-owned businesses. I'm so glad we contacted them. Eric (the owner) was very knowledgeable about rodents and infestations. He was honest and helpful and found the entry points of the rats in our garage right away. He gave expert advice for setting the right kind of traps, best bait, where to place them, & how to prevent infiltration in the first place. I will definitely use EarlyBIrd in the future if we ever need help with pest control again and highly recommend them.

I had nothing but amazing service from this company. The owner Eric was extremely professional and knowledgeable to give me information as to how to prevent my ant problem in the future after the spraying. I would highly recommend them to anyone experiencing a pest problem.

I highly recommend them. A small family owned business, the husband and wife who run it are extremely professional and friendly. Eric the owner answered all of my questions and performed a 58 point pest analysis of my home to see if I had any further pest problems not known to my knowledge. They also guaranteed I'd have no further problems or they would come back and re-spray for free. Needless to say, I never needed to call back because my problem was fixed the first time! Definitely going to be my go to pest control company from now on!

Great company. Amazing knowledge. I had a spider infestation that I couldnt handle. I called this company and I didnt have to wait forever for them to come out, they came out the next day. Most companies make you wait almost a week. They toke care of my problem right away. They sprayed in and outside my home and I have yet to see another spider. Thank you so much EarlyBird!

My experience with Early Bird Extermination was excellent. Eric is a pleasant, honest and hardworking owner. I highly recommend this company.

He is awesome! He helped us out with an ant problem, went out of his way to recommend a product with pictures that I could find at Target that would be more effective than what we were currently using. He also helped us with termite damage and put our worries at ease. We were not sure how old the damage was and he came out and did a free inspection for us. He really knows his bugs!! Will definitely be using his services in the future should we have a need! :D
