⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Hooke Termite! I originally worked with Hooke Termite back in May when we needed a termite inspection for our new home, and I had an amazing experience with Zachary. He was incredibly kind, thorough, and went out of his way to check on several things I was concerned about, which immediately put me at ease. Fast-forward to the end of December, when I noticed some droppings near our shed. I reached out to Ernie, the owner, and he was so responsive and kind. He came out the very next day, treated the isolated area, and took the time to explain everything—helping me understand termites and what to look out for in the future. While I never hope to need termite services again (because who really likes termites? 😂), I would absolutely give Hooke Termite my business again and recommend them to anyone. They are professional, honest, and genuinely kind—which is hard to find these days. I completely trust their expertise and recommendations, and I never once felt like I was being swindled or upsold. The guys at Hooke have been nothing if not exemplary. I had gotten dozens of quotes from other competitors and they were all charging an arm and a leg, saying there was little to no options on how I could rid of the pests I had, (had a bit of a rat problem under my home) finally I googled exterminators near me and these guys popped up. I was very fortunate to get Juan and Zach to work on my property, from the jump they were honest, answered every question, including my dumb ones, and told me what any possible alternatives might work. I gave them my business because they weren’t trying to scalp for money, these guys immediately assessed and didn’t care to upsell me on services, so I knew I could trust them. It’s been about a month and a half now, there’s been no signs of rat or rodent entry anywhere on my property, my dogs aren’t barking in the middle of the night trying to catch a rat and I wasn’t even home when they did everything to rid of my rodents, my girlfriend was in instead and they stuck to the original pricing I received. These guys are truly honest and hard working, not after your money to any degree, but after your trust. They seem to know how important a home is, and they want to help you feel secure in yours. Definitely recommend and will go to them for any and all future concerns or needs I have.

I had an excellent experience with Hooke Termite, thanks to Zach’s outstanding customer service. He promptly returned my call and was able to schedule a same-day visit with my tenant. Zach walked me through exactly what he would need to do during the visit, which was very reassuring since I didn’t know much about termite work. During the inspection, my tenant mentioned a bad smell in the guest bathroom and was concerned there might be a dead rodent. There was a challenge because the ceiling fan would need to be removed, but Zach didn’t hesitate to call his boss to confirm it was within their scope of work. He called me back to confirm and then arrived on time, keeping me updated throughout the entire process. He even took videos and pictures to show the work being done. I am so grateful for Zach’s help and professionalism. I highly recommend Hooke Termite for their expertise and amazing customer service.

Great business and super resourceful and friendly

Hooke Termite's owner and team are exceptionally amazing! I've worked with a lot of contractors and service companies before and there are a lot of good ones, but Hooke Termite's Eddie and Zachary - master craftsmen, are beyond exceptionally outstanding in their professionalism and craftsmanship. They changed several areas in the house that were eaten by termites, and the beams and sidings and panels they replaced are indistinguishable from the older wood parts that they joined the new wood parts too. They even changed out a huge portion of the eaves, and when they put it back, the spider webs were back there again like they didn't even touch it - but they did coz I saw them and they just finished today. They are crazy amazing! Thank you so much Eddie and Zach - for your exceptional work. You are both above and beyond!!! Truly impressed! I will ask all my family if someone needs a termite check -=).
