I don't know what the others are talking about. Based on their review, I called for a free estimate. First of all the girl scheduled me for a time and I get a call back saying that she made a mistake... When I re-scheduled I told them to give me a 15 minute warning due to my work situation..and they agreed... the guy showed up with no warning. ..Never showed up for scheduled appointment , Answering operator had no knowledge of scheduled work or time , even though they had my name and number ....not even a courtesy call ! UPDATE ...mANAGER REACHED OUT TO FIND OUT WHERE THE MISCOMMUNICATION WAS AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMNT FOR THE NEXT DAY ,,,I WILL UPDATE AFTER SERVICE.ps...I did NOT cancel.
