The only pest control company I’ll ever contact for bug problems! When I first found Protec, I was getting bitten and had no idea why—until my worst nightmare came true: BED BUGS!. I first called Terminix and even had my house tented, but it didn’t work. A friend recommended William and couldn’t say enough about his professionalism and how effective his services were. Anyone who’s dealt with bed bugs knows how stressful and difficult they are to eliminate, but Protec handled it with ease—and no second treatment was needed. If he can kill bed bugs, he can exterminate anything. I highly recommend Protec!

So knowledgable about all types of pests. I had a flea infestation a while back and they answered all my questions to a T. Came in and sprayed down the area, took around 15 minutes. The fleas did not return!!

I've used Protec for the past five years for ant incursions. Everything from small lines to full infestations. We'd usually just have them do an exterior treatment and it did the trick...until this year when the ants came out in force from under the house. Protec recommended an interior, exterior, and sub area treatment. I was concerned about the interior and subarea treatment, but they were respectful of our property, communicated clearly about when we could reenter the house, and worked with us to make sure our cats were out of danger. On a couple occasions, I've tried another pest control company and the difference between them and Protec couldn't have been starker. Protec takes its time to make sure the job is done (the "other guys" just ran around the perimeter of our house with a sprayer for 5 minutes and called it a day), they don't push treatments you don't need or try to upsell you, and, most importantly, their treatments lead to positive results. Reality is, because of seasonal patterns (heat) and moisture in our sub area, annual ant incursions are a regular thing; but knowing I can contact Protec makes those moments feel less dire.

I have used Protec All Pest Specialists for the past 5 years for all my pest control needs. Prior to Covid, I would do an biannual spray for spiders in my front and back yard. It helped a lot, as my son is highly allergic. I have also used them to address pests like Water Bug, that occurred due to a cracked pipe. His service and advice is perfect each time, he asked me to call a plumber and repair the pipe first and then he would come and put a sealant and it worked, have not seen water bugs at all. He has crawled in the my crawl space and attic to find pests, when I had suspicions of critters making noises, turned out to be a skunk in the crawl space, not sure how it got in there, but he helped me close up all the vent spaces for the crawl space. All I can say is he is a great guy and super helpful with his advice and helps you find an optimal solution, especially works with your budget and is realistic.
