Worst customer service! And I work in customer service.. the First Lady who answer was lovely but this Dania lady awful.

Terrible customer service. If you would like your pest problem to be urgently addressed, don’t employ this company.

Incredibly poor customer service to the point of screaming at you and scolding you over the phone. I had missed an appointment due to me having to stay elsewhere as I am unable live and work in an environment with rats, roaches, and fleas. I made arrangements for them to get into the unit for service and rescheduled and then there was a miscommunication regarding how to get into my unit and that led to another missed appointment. I would also note they expect you to wait around for them with windows between 9am -1pm even though we have jobs. I simply asked “why didn’t the tech call me when they couldn’t get in?”, so I could clarify how to get into the unit. Then the customer service representative named Denia started screaming at me saying “they DONT CALL YOU and they are tired of calling you, and so they just left.” I then tried to apologize and said “I can tell you are getting upset” and was trying to clarify why I was asking, to which she began to yell even louder. I was so in shock by the treatment I simply said “ok” so I could get off the line. I can completely understand the frustration of missed appointments and I can understand them letting me know I would be charged if I missed another. These are common business practices. What I don’t understand is how they can treat someone who is really vulnerable, going through a hard time, and essentially not having their home be livable and then treat them with no compassion and just disgust. Lastly I will add I have fleas, and each time the tech comes in he says I don’t, even though I am covered in bites from being there for just a few hours as well as have a video of them hopping on my pants when I was there. Why would I make this up? My management company hired them but if it was up to me I would use ANY other pest control company. I have used many for my businesses when needed that have always been courteous, professional and compassionate and treated me like a human even if there were mistakes and miscommunications. If I ran this company I would have a good hard look at the folks talking to customers and representing my company.

Very bad experience. This company charge you to do nothing. After doing spray of $500 worth value I still see roaches walking around the kitchen. They keep saying that this spray is effective for 1 month and roaches will die slowly. After 15 days I still the same and when I told them than they said you have to keep spraying till they don’t die. Don’t waste your money as it’s not worth at all. This company keep fooling peoples and take advantage of this problem.

The initial sales guy came out and he was fantastic, been in the termite business over 20 years.. And the Fumigator came out the next day and was a pleasure to work with. Both fully explained the process prior to the work. Their pricing was reasonable and great warranty. Highly recommend!
