Miguel at Ameripest was great. After using another pest control company, we were still having rodents getting into our attic because they had left some entry points open. Miguel came out, did a really thorough inspection, found the areas that had been missed, and took the time to seal everything properly. I really appreciated how detailed he was. It’s such a relief knowing the problem was finally addressed the right way. I definitely recommend Miguel at Ameripest, if you’re looking for someone who actually takes the time to do a complete job the is the one!

When I found that I had a rat issues 6 months later I called them back and they eliminated my rat issues quickly and told me exactly how to lower the chances of rats in the future. Daniel, one of the owners, was personally involved with our problems. He was like “rat whisperer”. They were professional, trustworthy, and they were very reasonably priced. Miguel and his team was early to assess the small problem with rats in the attic. Follow up the next week and was professional and worked me to take through possible entry points and solutions. AmeraPest got it done and looking forward to no more rats!

He came out to do some preliminary spraying for roaches to help us avoid an infestation, and he was extremely communicative about his arrival time and what we needed to do to prep the house. It’s rare to have a truly amazing experience with household service companies, but Miguel delivered in a way that almost no ever does. I can’t speak for anyone else on his team, but based on Miguel and his work, I wouldn’t hesitate to have anyone from Ameripest take care of my rodent issues. He’s available via text, he takes photos and videos and shares them with you, he’ll crawl into any space and most importantly, he won’t quit until the problem is solved. Period. The team here is very responsive! Spoke to Miguel over the phone and told him about two wasp nest building up in backyard near my orange trees. He could definitely tell I was worried, good thing he had an available appointment the same day I called. I was so glad when they called 15 mins before arriving and I’m happy they came earlier than expected.
