I bought a condo recently, and alpha termite was contracted by my real estate agent to check the place for termites and termite damage. They gave a reasonable estimate, and were very professional. I didn’t take termites seriously enough, so I let it sit for a year. That was a mistake. I started seeing termite droppings and knew that I needed help quickly. I called Alpha Termite and they came out a year later, did the work for the original estimate, and helped me get this all sorted within a week. It was excellent to watch them work quickly, efficiently, and with skill. I would recommend alpha termite to anyone looking to get the job done right, by good people. Thank you!!! I will call them again if I ever need another fix!

Had a great experience with Alpha Termite. We suspected termites in our home (had some visible indicators) so we called them after one of the bigger pest control companies missed our appointment. Rich and his team were quick to respond, came the next morning and were super direct, thorough and knowledgeable about the solutions they recommended — both the treatment options they recommend as well as preventative measures we could do ourselves. We had gotten a couple of opinions and felt Alpha Termite was fair and measured in their approach (did not try to oversell us). On the day they came to treat our house, they were on time and super professional — did comprehensive work and left without a trace. Would definitely recommend them and should we need additional inspections or treatments in the future, I would work with them again.

Rich did an amazing job treating my home. I had a BIG termite problem. He first conducted an in depth inspection and explained the termite issue, which was as bad as I had suspected. I had two different types of termites. He did meticulous work and spent a full day treating various spaces of the home including the attic and crawl space. I am very happy with the work they did. Rich and Arman are great. My initial phone conversation with Rich was really pleasant and scheduling was quick and easy. Rich did the inspection and Arman performed the treatment. They were both on time, very personable, courteous, and just all-around professional. Rich gave me a very reasonable quote and it didn't change. Arman was very thorough and efficient. Along with being careful not to let our cats escape when going in and out. No surprises, everything went exactly as it was explained. Truly exemplary service. If you need a termite inspection and/or treatment, look no further. I initially contacted Alpha termite to do an inspection. Rich came out within 24h, did a thorough job and upon finding traces of activity, formulated a comprehensive treatment plan. The treatment took place the following week by somebody that treated my house with the outmost care. They even removed left-over wood debris from the crawl-space! I've had lots of work done by various contractors on this house, yet this was the first time seeing somebody drill the injection holes in the outside wall while holding a dust-pan to catch the generated stucco dust. Yes, that is the level of care you get from this company. Couldn't be happier.

Theyre great! Used them when purchasing our home saw a bit of damage to the eves close to one year afterwards and they honored the one year warranty, came out and took care of it! Great company!

I moved into a fixer upper home last summer. A few months after moving in I started to see termite droppings in an area. I was unfamiliar with this and after doing some research I saw it was probably Termites. I contacted Alpha Termite after finding them online. Rick came by my house within 24 hours and thoroughly explained to me what was going on and what needed to be done. Within another 24 hours the job was completed and the termites were gone before any damage could have been done. Approximately six months later I started to see termites again in a completely other area of the house and again Rick came within 24 hours and eradicated the issue and explained to me what needed to be done to make sure this does not happen again and prevent any future issues. Great customer service and very professional.

Alpha Termite was very responsive and courteous. They came in for an inspection, inspected, and assured me that I have nothing to worry about. They even cleaned up afterwords. Great Customer service. I Will be using them in the future if ever needed!
