I would avoid. Arranged termite tenting and got instructions for securing food, etc. We made alternate living arrangements, spent prior days packing food / following instructions to a T, and were prepared to leave at scheduled 8 AM. No one showed up, excuses via phone, and with still no one at 2:30 one of us left to walk to our substitute housing...and never made it. When they finally did show up there was no apology, only an excuse their previous assignment job hadn't done any of the prep work, so the crew did all that for free before the tenting. They also broke the chimney spark arrester and didn't want to fix it, just get their final payment. Sign only if contract is void if they don't show on time, but there are better options...even Terminix wasn't this bad.

We recently purchased a 27 year-old home in Camarillo. As part of the closing process, the inspection uncovered termites in a pergola over the primary BR suite balcony. Our realtor recommended Mark Perrier and his team at Gold Coast to do the mitigation. Mark was an absolute great business partner. He was flexible (we had to reschedule the mitigation due to the Mountain Fire), communicated well and appropriately, and did a great job of project managing his team. The house was tented, treated, and untented on the agreed upon dates. The additional work to demo and replace infected wood was completed as expected and looks as though it is new. If you need this service, I highly recommend West Coast and Mark and his team.

I had Gold Coast help us with an issue we had with termites. Very happy with how easy they were to work with. Upon completion they left the job site clean and no trace that they were even there. They even made some necessary wood repairs because of termite damage. Will definitely call them next time I have a pest problem.

Horrible company. Charged money for materials and services that were cancelled days before they came to do the job and promised to reimburse the money 7 months ago but never did. They don't answer their phone or return calls. They deserve zero stars.
