Donald from Aaction Pest Control did an outstanding job! He arrived right on time, assessed the situation, and over the course of several weeks carefully trapped and removed the rodent that had gotten into my attic. He also made sure to seal the entry point so it couldn’t happen again. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I understood what had been done. His customer service was exceptional, and he clearly takes pride in his work. If you need pest control services, I highly recommend Donald and Aaction Pest Control. Excellent service from start to finish!

Flakes and and does not show up. When I called they were rude thought it was funny. Nice try on changing the story, someone forgot to set the appointment and then tried to cover it up. You should do better as a small business or you will not last. the staff was rude so they got the same back!

My neighbor infected our fruit trees with a lot of Rats as her hard was full containers, furniture. Storage containers etc this company got rid of all the rats. Kept my house from getting any inside! I was thrilled when it was over. They still come out to take care of the bait traps. So professional and nice.

I had Victor come out to do some sub terrarium work, and he was fantastic. Super professional, friendly, answered all my questions. With young kids i’m always watchful of who’s working at my home, and k couldn’t have felt more comfortable with him! Still too early to comment on the work, but the service has been amazing. From Bre, their receptionist, to Victor their tradesman. Will be recommending to friends and family!

I hired this company to get rid of rats in my attic and yard, but the problem was never fixed. They placed a few bait boxes and came monthly, but the rats kept coming back. I canceled the service, yet they still billed me for months when no service was done and even sent me to collections. Poor results, poor communication — not worth the cost.

Chris with Action Pest control came out to our house today to help us evaluate the best approach to handling some ant trails that have found their way inside after recent rain. He was incredibly professional and kind, talked me through all our options, and provided our first service today! I couldn't have been happier with how things went.

⭐ 1 Star I had a termite inspection scheduled with A-Action Pest Control from 10am–1pm on Saturday. I was originally quoted $95 on the phone by a nice man who took my call. A few hours later, I got a voicemail from “Ron” saying the price was actually $150. Saturday comes around and I hear nothing—no confirmation, no ETA. I called Ron and the main customer service desk multiple times and no one answered. Finally, at 12pm, Ron calls to say the price has changed again to $175 and that he’s “nowhere near” the property but will let me know when he’s on the way. When I asked why the price kept changing, his only explanation was “Saturday.” By this point I had been waiting over two hours at the property. 1pm (the latest quoted window) passes—no call, no show. At 2pm he tells me he’s in Sherman Oaks and heading my way. I waited until 3pm, and he still never showed up or called again. Ron was rude and unprofessional, and the entire experience was an absolute nightmare. I hired this company because I had a tight escrow deadline, and their complete lack of communication and accountability has delayed our transaction, wasting my time, my clients’ time, and the sellers’ time. Do not hire this company. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.

I truly despise ants. When I first noticed a few crawling in my bathroom, I poked around on the internet and found this pest company with great reviews. Ron came out the next day and sprayed, which was fabulous since the ants started coming in by the dozens with no clear point of entry. Unfortunately we didn't get them the first go around-- but Ron was happy to come back out free of charge and re-treat my house even more efficiently by spraying powder-form Alpine WSG into the wall space behind my bathroom. Happy to say I've been ant-free for over a week now!

I contacted Aaction Pest as we had been having an on and off again ant problem for a long time. I tried using store bought baits and they would work for a short time and then the ants came back like crazy. Ron came out the day after I called and throughly treated the outside and inside of our house. We have not had a single ant inside or outside our house in almost 3 months since the treat by Aaction. Ron explained the process throughly. We will be calling them again for any Pest needs.

Raymond is a God send!! He is incredibly knowledgeable of the pest affecting my property. I felt safe and secure with the work he provided for me. I am so glad I choose this company to service my pest control needs.

We hired AAction Pest Control for our termite inspection as part of the process to buy our new home.They came out on super short notice after we got the runaround from Terminix with a bait and switch the day of the appointment. They gave us a list of the repairs needed. I feel they were honest and they even said that not all the findings need to be done right away. Once we settled in, we gave them a call and scheduled an appointment for the services we needed. This past Monday, Chris arrived between the scheduled hours and was amazing, super informative about the work being done, and thoroughly went over with me what to watch out for in the future. I feel that Chris really cares about his job and provided exceptional services and if needed, we will definitely being using them and Chris again.

Great service, I was able to get an appt same day and they came out to take care of the problem quickly and efficiently! Raymond was great he kept me in the loop on when he would arrive, was super pleasant and went above and beyond to help us out. I will recommend to anyone who may be in need of these services in the future!

So far all is good

We called to inquire about rodent extermination. The representative barely gave any details and said they would try to get someone out today. Couple hours later someone rings the doorbell, and there they were. It would've been nice to get some kind of warning that they were on the way. The inspector set up a few rodent traps and told us the total would be $290. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. $300 for a few rodent traps that you can get at Lowes for a few bucks. Honestly a huge rip off. They also didn't quote us before they started service. This company is very unprofessional and shady. After complaining they only went down to $250... still a complete rip off. Look elsewhere. OH AND also a $95 service charge just for showing up that this company also conveniently "forgets" to warn you about before they arrive

Noah was great. Probably one of the best. Came dis his job. Checked the house and sprayed requested area. Even created a double layer just incase. Walked us through the places he went and sprayed and explained everything. Great job. Hopefully we will see you in a month for monthly spray

PET SAFETY ISSUE - i asked them about pet safety of their products and they assured me that after 30 minutes of the fly treatment, the dogs should be allowed to go outside. I waited 1.5 hours just to be safe and let my dogs out because both of my dogs are grazers and like to eat grass. Both my dogs got bloody stool that was mostly grass. I called to let them know about what happened and the guy on the phone basically tried to claim that my dogs had probably gotten into something or that it was some kind of coincidence that they treated our lawn on the same day....he said he would call me back and I have still not heard from them.

We love AAction Pest! We use them for our home and rental properties. Noah does a great job and is always very friendly and professional.
