We had our house inspected because when we went to sell my mother’s house in 2024, we found she had termites. We had Xtermite come out last year and they treated areas with their orange oil product. I am extremely sensitives to chemicals, so this is why we went with this company. I had only a slight issue with the orange oil. We recently did a follow up. The first time I believe outside areas of damage might have been overlooked. This time we had Kyle and he was extremely thorough and asked to look into doing some repairs to the fascia boards. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a low chemical solution. BTW my mother’s neighbor is the person who recommended us to them and he had used them for years. I am extremely grateful that there is a company that uses more natural products that are good for us and the environment!!!

Xtermite treated my home to eliminate termites using their safer Orange-oil-based method. The inspector meticulously inspected the house, attic, and crawl spaces, surpassing other pest control companies. The treatment was completed in just a few hours by two efficient workers, and the relatively safe chemicals left a pleasant orange aroma for about a day. The guaranteed results for 2 years, with complimentary yearly inspections, are included. The price is approximately the same as other bids, but the safer chemicals were my deciding factor. The professional, efficient, and friendly inspector and workers made the entire project enjoyable. I highly recommend Xtermite!

When I first noticed termite droppings on my garden bench, I had 3 company's come to provide an inspection and introspection. One company came up to the front door and told me since my house wasn't tented in over 20 years he recommended tenting. He didn't even take 5 minutes to inspect the house; just looked at the sale of the house records. Another company showed where the areas of termites were and suggested tenting. When I asked how to coordinate our 55 gallon fish tank, he had nothing to offer. We opted for Xtermite because Desmond knows termites and really eased our mind. A year later I'm not seeing any of the termite droppings anywhere.

I am doing some work on my house and found some termite droppings. X-termite came out fast and did a whole house inspection. Because we caught it early only had to do some isolated spot treatments. They were very nice and honest. Very responsive And took the time to explain everything to me and my wife. We are very happy

When we noticed signs of termite infestation, we called XTermite for an inspection and quote. We used them in a prior home so we knew what to expect. Desmon came out, gave us a thorough inspection, a competitive quote, and answered every question I had. Then when we scheduled the service, the techs were extremely thorough, respectful of our home, and did a great job. The house smelled wonderful from the orange oil, an added bonus! I would very much recommend XTermite if you need termite treatment. Much easier than tenting.

We were very happy with the whole process. Ricky, the initial inspector was knowledgeable, friendly and on time. The follow-up treatment seemed very thorough and if they need to come back they will fix whatever had reappeared. One mistake we made was missing two annual inspections in a row which voided the warranty. That won't happen again! Great company, great service.

Michael Walker came out to my home to do an inspection for termites. He was very thorough, explaining along the way what he found and offering recommendations of what I could do to protect my home from termites. Luckily he only found a small area that had termites and besides treating this area he recommended a preventive spray in the attics. I agreed and Michael arranged for a crew to come out to do the work. Michael and the crew were efficient, knowledgeable, and so nice. I love the fact that I also received a 2 year service warranty which includes an annual inspection. Using Xtermite is so easy and safe and I highly recommend.

I love this company and the fact that it's non toxic. We have had little problem with termites even though our neighbors have had terrible problems. I do wish on their last inspection Xtermite inspector had discussed with us something he put in his report about some wood on our house being degraded and needing to be replaced. Instead, after the inspection, he told us everything was fine. I suspect the wood he saw and put in his report is not degraded because a couple of years ago the Xtermite report said the same thing. We made an appointment with a wood replacement expert referred to us by Xtermite. He told us it was just an odd looking piece of wood with some knots and not to worry about it. We're glad he had the integrity not to fix what didn't need to be fixed and charge us for it.

Everyone was super informative and helpful. The person who did the intial inspection went above and beyond to answer any questions that I might of had and was honest and truthful about the damage that I had at the time. The initial inspection took about an hour. The service as schedule for the following week and the Xterminator showed up on time and finished promptly. I don't remember how long it took, but it was an hour, maybe two and was just as friendly and helpful. I can't recommed this company enough! The smell of oranges was nice too!
