I was recommended Jake and his company after complaining about the ants to a friend. We were constantly battling the ants every morning and night, after a 10 hour shift at work, nobody wants to come home and clean up ants. We had used another company last summer but had no improvement. This time we have seen zero ants since Jake has sprayed which was 1 month ago. I was skeptical how long it would last as we are right on the canyon but so far so good! It was easy to schedule the service and he was kind. We will definitely be scheduling again with Jake from here on out.

Jake and his team are absolutely amazing! I called him because we were having an pest issue at one of our properties. He was able to get us on their work schedule quickly , and they came out and fixed our problem. We appreciate their quick response and efficient communication on the issue.

Don’t recommend. I’m a realtor since 2009. Jake approached me for my listing based on the buyers inspections (1st buyer cancelled no fault to seller) claiming he could do the job cheaper. He sought us out. To me that’s shady business practices but I also want the best for my clients. Clients were open to saving money but hesitant based on quality (didn’t offer same protection or warranty, questionable verbiage in agreement) so I made the effort to give Jake the business to help save money, which I regret and that’s my fault. Unfortunately 2nd buyer cancelled no fault to seller again, the day before termite work was to be done. My clients were uncomfortable spending $3k until new buyer was secured and due to risk of timing (lenders require it to be within certain timeframe) so they cancelled and incurred $500 cancellation. When going to rebook for our 3rd escrow, couldn’t get ahold of Jake or anyone from his team for 4 days. Granted it’s holiday (July 4th Thursday) and no message or info indicating return hours or holiday schedule. Almost all termite companies work weekends so this seemed odd. Many businesses were open on Friday the 5th so we expected some word. Nada. Time is of the essence and therefore my clients were nervous about meeting their timelines to close escrow on time. Each day counts. We finally heard from Jake on Monday 8th. He wasn’t willing to work with my clients on any discount for the $500 fee even though they rebooked with him again. Now, That’s his policy and his right. When I said I was disappointed by that, however my clients still wanted to book with him, He declined and made it personal. It isn’t. That’s probably for the best. He seems real fast to steal business from others, and even faster to leave clients high and dry as well. Which is a bummer. Scheduling termite is tight and he knows this. If he was reputable and reliable, he would have done what’s best for the clients, and leave any issue between me and him out of it.

I was in the middle of the escrow and needed termite treatment for my new property based on the termite inspection report from the seller. I contacted Jake after some research and Jake was very thorough to ask all the relevant details and went onsite did further investigation very quickly to further confirm the issues listed in the report. He quickly developed the new report and scope of work for me and even with less cost. What I appreciate most is how responsive and accommodating Jake is! My timeline to close escrow is very tight and there are many changes along the way. Jake was always so quickly to answer my call/text to address all my questions and always accommodate my need to adjust schedule, for several times! The treatment work in the end went very smoothly and was completed in a very timely manner. I really recommend Jake to anyone in need of a termite inspection and treatment!

I used them when I found termite grass in my bathroom. This was our first home so I had so many questions and called so many places but immediately when I called they were the first people to answer my questions, talk to me, and explain things to me. They came so quickly for the inspection and within a week had me scheduled and completed back in my home. They were incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy I have recommended them to others. Always answered my calls texts and emails so quickly amazing communication . Fair pricing and quality work. You can’t go wrong.
