Very responsive, fair pricing and honest assessments. Really appreciate their work for an escrow closing. I love how it’s natural without poison to us, future residents, pets and killing all surrounding trees and shrubs. I’d definitely recommend them.

Good company and provided services as advertised. I only wish they had an automated system or something similar to notify their customers when the annual contract would expire. I almost missed my expiration date and would have had to spend more money had I not called to confirm.

Our warranty had lapsed, but they came out right away and gave us a very fair deal on new service and continued coverage. Gary and Bobby were fantastic to work with—professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. Since they first treated our home, we’ve had virtually no termite issues, and on the rare occasions we’ve noticed a small spot, they’ve responded quickly and taken care of it. My husband and I read so many glowing reviews about Eliminate Termite Service before contacting them to come take a look. Ironically, we had just canceled our termite service with a different “big name”company that we had had for years (but were not thrilled with), and then found out we still had termites.☹️ We loved that Eliminite is a family owned business run by knowledgeable and friendly people. Gary came out and explained the whole process to us and gave us the estimate. A few weeks later Bobby came out and did the work. Both guys were great, explaining everything thoroughly and patiently, answering all of our questions. We are very excited not to have to tent our home are looking forward to seeing how great this new treatment is going to work!

Very grateful for this team! Gary was wonderful at explaining what we’d need to have done in my elderly parents’ home, and they were able to get the job done without tenting (which was huge!). Bobby and Jeff did the work beautifully, and it took several hours less than expected. They also talked us through what they did around the house. Great, efficient company!

Bobby Ruiz came to the house today to Orange Oil the house. I have tented my house 3 times since buying the house. Last month I had my original termite company come out for an inspection. They declared ‘no termites’. Two weeks later, after a short rainstorm. The termites were once again flying around my dining room. Bobby scanned all of the walls and found FIVE areas of infestation. He showed me how he scans the walls and how he treated those areas. Very professional. Will use this company in the future and recommend to my neighbors.

I could not be anymore pleased with the service I received from this family- owned company, Eliminite Termite Services. The two techs who came to my home, Jeff and Austin, kept me informed at all times if and where there was termite action and rectified the situation. Highly recommend them and this company. Kudos to Gary for his generous estimate for the size of my home. Could not ask for better service or workmanship!!

From the first phone call, with Barry we knew this would be a good experience. Gary gave us a fair estimate and made a quick appointment for service. The crew that came were friendly and very professional. They explained the process and what to expect. Took about four hours. They got into every nook and cranny- even the smallest spaces in an older home. Hiram came back right away when we called, to give us carpentry advice on a few other areas!

Jeff, Dagan and Mario worked on our house today and were great. They were punctual, respectful of our home and professional. Jeff explained the work and answered my questions happily. My experience with the company from the get go has been a positive one. I hope for no more termites, but if I do get them then Eliminite will be on speed dial.

Can not rave enough about how professional and amazing of a job Eliminite did for our home in University City, San Diego. The technician (Jeff) showed up promptly and was very meticulous in his inspection of the problems we had with termites. Though we had paid for a smaller amount of zones... he ensured that he caught all the other "hotspots" and destroyed those for us for free as well. Jeff was also gracious enough to inform us about when things were going to get a bit loud with the inspection because he noticed my 1 year old was going down for a nap. He was even thoughtful enough to trash a decomposing rabbit on the side of our home that we did not notice! Hopefully my testament will influence people with termite issues to hire Eliminite because of the service and the thoughfulness of their employees.

Eliminite termite is a fantastic company. Gary, Bobby, and Hiram were the people I did business with. Gary did the initial inspection. Bobby and Hiram were the technicians on site. They repaired a damaged roof rafter, treated the infected areas with De liminite orange oil, and foggeg the attic with Timbore. All with a 2 year warranty. They were all proffesional and knew what they were doing. And they reminded me to call them if we see any addtional signs, and to be sure to contact them for our annual re-inspection. The temites are gone. They scanned the walls with Termatrac and took the time to explain this technology to me. Thank you Eliminite.

We were told to fumigate our house by another company, we have young kids and wanted to search for alternatives, we chose eliminite because of there great reviews, we had Gary come out and he was awesome, gave us a great price and found more areas then the fumigation company… treatment was complete and now we are doing repairs with them this week! We highly recommend this company, thanks eliminite termite!
